Dismantling of posts or struts(wood, steel or RCC) any section embadded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area under clearance complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard dense soil.

M & L for cement concrete Type D2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel work as in angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) and similar works conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel round bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including cut to length, bent to shape, welding of bar at spots as directed and other similar works, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing 4mm dia of mesh wire, mesh size 100x100mm including line wires complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm and not exc 10cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified.

S & F in repais galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing & straining & fixing to any type of standards rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with & provn of galvanized mild steel wire complete all as specified and as directed. (Each line of wire to be measured)

M & L for RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in precast fencing posts, stuts etc area exc 100 & not exc 250Sqcm including form work etc complete all as specified:- (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.)

S & F 10mm dia TMT bars and over cut to lengthbent to shape required including craking bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia of wire or secruing with clips all.

All as item No 13 above here-in-before but 6mm dia and over up to 8mm dia in stirups, spaces etc complete all as directed.

S & F mild steel flat iron, round or square bars, in available lengths, Fe-290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan n.exc 6m mean radius, built in cm 1:6 complete all as specified.

M & L work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius with old size bricks in CM 1:6 except brick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete as specified and directed.

Extra for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to random rubble walling,uncoursed or brought upto courses

Taking down cement mortar plastering on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in CM 1:4 all as specified.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of stone masonary work or surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc.

M & L for Cement concrete Type B2 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for .Note- Rate includes for reinforcement cutting as required to facilitate demolition.

M&L for providing RCC (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, slab supported on wall, beam, lintels including form work etc as directed by Engrs in charge.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over chalk whitening newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces all as specified.

M & L for applying two coat of white wash over prepation new surface complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors & paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M& L Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies Type BO 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) Set in cement mortar1:4 , 30 mm thick (measured solid ), including all mould -ings but excluding frame as directed by Engrs in charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as a Plinth protection.

Supplied and fixed for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset Plate, rails,braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges and door fittings necessary rivetting/welding cutting up complete steel conf. to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 all as specified and directed. Note : Distrubed surfaces of wall shall be made good to true surface.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed trusses complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar description or thickness in floors, apron etc Complete all as specified.

M & L Granite (of any type) 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types over 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20mm thick Rouber moulded with grey cement and pigment, including 15mm thick scred in CM 1:6, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete interlocking tiles 60 mm thick Rouber mould with strength 35 N/sqmm as in floor/pavement laid on 30 mm thick stone dust cushioning laid dry to the profile complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using (using 20mm graded stone aggreates) set in CM 1:4 as in cover slabs (for manhole etc) & simillar articles with plain faces complete (Reinforcement will be measured and paid separatly) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10mm dia MS Round bars as in support of Chain Link Fencing all as specified.

M & L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of old stone or concrete surface any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified.

Dismantling PVC Pipes with fittings upto 75mm to 110mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge..

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring jointed level fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: Amount of sch of credit of Rs.67,615/-will be deducted from total amount of BOQ.
