Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. Supplying, fitting and fixing windows and ventilators with or without integrated grills conforming to IS 1038-1975 and manufactured from rolled steel sections conforming to IS 7452-1974 with non-friction projecting type, box type hinges, glazing clips, lugs locking bracket, handle plate etc, including hoisting in position, straightening if required, fixing lugs in cement concrete ( 1:2:4) with stone chips 20 mm down cutting holes and mending good damages to match with existing surface complete in all respect excluding glazing. In Ground floor (a) Fixed type steel windows as per IS sizes with horizontal glazing bars.

(viii) M.S. integrated grill as per approved design integrated with steel window or ventilator, joints continuously welded with M.S. Flats and bars.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (i) With 1:6 cement mortar (b) 20 mm thick plaster

Supplying and laying in the specified patter of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavments(ICBP) with concrete blocks (Either concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658:2006) manufactured in steel mould clamped to a vibrating table by hydraulic pressure(as per cl no. 6.30 of IRC:SP:63(2018), from BIS license manufacturer, with spacer nib (Small prruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per cl no. 3.26 of IS 15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio(The ratio of length to thickness of a paver block, as per cl no. 3.3 of IS 15658) as per Table 2 of IS 15658 with flexrual strength/breaking load as per Annexure G of IS :15658, on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63(2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-35 mm thick (Grading of bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP 63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joint filling sand (The gradding of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP 63) and completing the edges with cut blocks as per cl no. 8.7 of IRC SP 63(2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand, compaction, levelling and filling up of the edges gap. 60mm thick.

Artificial stone in floor, dado, staircase etc with cement concrete (1:2:4) with stone chips, laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners including raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface and application of cement slurry before flooring works using cement @ 1.75 kg/sq.m all complete including all materials and labour. In ground floor. 3 mm. thick topping (High polishing grinding on this item is not permitted with ordinary cement). Using grey cement (iii) 35 mm. thick

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members only in finished work as per IS specified weight. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat, rivets, bolts and nuts may be make by adding the actual weight of such items with the weight of finished structural members or 7% of weight for finished structural members weighing not less than 22.5 Kg. / m. or 15 % of weight for finished structal members weighing less than 22.5 Kg. / m. may be increased allow for bracket, cleat, rivet, bolts and nuts etc. and no seperate payment being made for these items, as per direction of Engineer In Charge. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5% extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond initiial 8m. or part thereof. I) For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m

(a) M.S.or W.I. Ornamental grill of approved design joints continuously welded with M.S, W.I. Flats and bars of windows, railing etc. fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs in ground floor (ii) Grill weighing above 16 Kg./sq.mtr and above

Supplying 1.5mm thick M.S. sheet fitted and fixed on one or both faces of M.S./ W.I. gate etc. with point welding at not more than 150mm apart complete in all respect as per design including cost of all labour and materials.

Suppling, fitting and fixing single skin color coated trapezoidal profile for wall cladding, Roof shall be made of 0.45mm BMT (Base Metal Thickness) (0.50mm TCT (Total coated thickness excluding paint), G550 (min 550 yield strength), of Zincalume metallic coating (IS15965) with high Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) value for better colling as per thermatech technology, 1000-1015mm effective cover width with five major corrugation, 28mm high rib spaced at 203mm c/c with subtle square fluting in the pan and the end rib shall have anti-capillary groove and return leg. The steel sheet shall be fastened with 40 micron zinc coated or 25 micron zinc-tin alloy coated, hex head, self-drilling screw as per IS 3566-2002 Class 3 fastener. The base steel shall be coated with zinc-aluminium alloy Zincalume (AZ150)(i.e. 55% Al, 43.4% Zinc, 1.6% Si) minimum of 150 g/m2 coating total on both sides, pre-painted with colorbond XRW (xterior roofing, walling) paint system of 35 micron Super Durable Polyester paint (SDP) with stable inorganic pigment with no lead contents confirming IS15965. The sheet shall be free from defects and have brand marking of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at regular interval confirming genuinity of the material. A) WITH 0.5 MM THICK SHEET.

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. In Ground Floor: (a) One Coat

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required.
