Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of completely factory packaged water Cooled DX Type Chiller plants of (minimum 50 TR capacity)-02Nos With Scroll Compressors of York/Blue Star/Voltas make & allied work by replacing the old damaged 105 TR & 75 TR reciprocating Chiller plants of Kirloskar and Blue-star make respectively installed at AC plant of Hon’ble High Court Complex, Jammu. New chiller plant should the following specifications:- • Compressor type: Multiple Herrmatic Scroll • Capacity: (Minimum 50 TR)-02Nos • Refrigerant: eco- friendly • Chilled water inlet/outlet: 12/7 °C, • Condenser water inlet temperature: 30°C , • Voltage: 390-440V-3ph-50 hz ±2% • Evaporator: Shell & tube-DX The new Chiller plants includes providing of Control system by way of p/f of Main switch & MCCB's, interlocked with existing main control panel & Providing/laying of cable from Servo stabilizer to the chiller Plant through main control panel as per required specification & site requirement. The job includes dismantling of old damaged 105 TR & 75 TR reciprocating Chiller plants of Kirloskar and Blue-star make respectively installed at AC plant of Hon’ble High Court Complex, Jammu and shifting it to the safer place & stacking it properly. Job includes making of chiller plants foundation as per site requirement according to the new chiller plants The Job includes modification of existing chiller & condenser pipe line by way of p/f of new MS ERW 'C' class pipe line with all necessary fittings i.e. bends, reducers, flanges etc. from main header upto the new chiller plants after replacing the damaged & pitted pipe as per site requirement with new butterfly valve-08 Nos, pressure gauges-08 Nos, temperature Gauges with thermowell-08 Nos, Flow Switch-04 Nos, water balancing valve-02Nos, automatic air purge valve-10Nos, water drainage valve-08Nos, line filling valve-02Nos, football valve-04Nos in cooling towers with thermal insulation on chiller pipe line. The Job includes Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of chiller Centrifugal Monoblock pumps of- 2 Nos with short coupling, and all necessary accessories of Beacon/Kirloskar/other Equivalent make having 2900 rpm, 3ph-50 HZ, 415 volts, total head-40 Mtr.(approx), of desired USGPM capacity as per requirement at site with NRV Valve-02 Nos, Y strainers-02Nos, butterfly valve-04Nos, pressure gauges-04Nos, NRV valve-02 Nos, Y strainers-02Nos, ball valve-06Nos for manual air removal. The Job includes modification of existing chiller & condenser pipe line by way of p/f of new pipe line from main header unto the new pumps as per site requirement along with P/F of butterfly Valves (Standard Make) on condenser & chiller lines with thermal insulation on chiller pipe line & valves etc. Making of pump foundations and MS frame supporting work for chillers, pumps and pipeline. The Job includes providing of controlling system by p/f of main switch & MCCB's , interlocked with the Main control panels & p/laying of cables from Servo stabilizer to the pumps through main control panel as per required specification & site requirement The job is inclusive of labour (Skilled & unskilled) charges, tools & tackles, carriage, shifting, crane charges, loading, unloading, taxes, firm margin etc. Complete Job on Turn Key basis.
