SITC of Hot water Circulation Pumps in Main Boiler House, SKIMS

Disconnecting, dismounting, dismantling of existing pump unit complete by using skilled manpower, tools and tackles, chain pulley block & safety items etc. The old Units shall be shifted to the place identify by site Engineer in the premised of SKIMS and handling over to condemnation /disposal department skims soura after obtaining proper receipt. The job includes cleaning of surfaces and places and removing unwanted and scarp items by using shifting trolley.

Hot Water Citculation Pumps: - SITC of electric motor driven water single stage end suction centrifugal water pumps having the following technical specifications: (a) Motor: - i. Capacity: - Greater than or equal to 15 HP ii. Voltage: 415V±10% iii. Phase: - 3 phase, 50Hz iv. Speed: - 2900 RMP, synchronized v. Motor body- Cast iron vi. Enclosure: - TEFC/TEWP (b) Pump: - i. Discharge: Not less than 17 LPS ii. Head: - Not less than 30 meter head iii. Suction/Delivery: as per Standard iv. RPM: -2900 RMP v. Mechanical Seal (for temp. 90 - 125 degrees) vi. Impeller C.I vii. Pump shaft: - Carbon steel/stainless steel The job includes laying of foundation as per OEM recommendation/site requirement. The job includes OEM recommended suitable vibration isolators. The job includes all charges on account of fixing of base frames of new pumping sets as per site requirements which may include fixing of foundation bolts where ever required for mounting of the pumps. The job shall also include providing and fitting of gaskets, nuts and bolts as per site requirement.

Electric Cable:- Providing and fixing termination of PVC insulated armored sheathed XLPE copper conductor cables from main panel boards to various equipments and from sub-panel to cooling tower and centrifugal pumps through walls/ceiling with appropriate clamps and fixing arrangement. The job includes electric cable tray with all accessories for laying of electric cable The electric cable shall be conforming to IS-7098

INSULATED CHILLED WATER PIPING (Nitrile rubber Insulation) Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with following closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber of minimum 45 Kg/ cum density, thermal conductivity 0.037 W/MK or better at 20 deg mean temperature class 'O' insulation applied by suitable adhesive complete including repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect. Note: The Pipes of sizes 150mm & below shall be M.S. 'C' class as per IS: 1239 and pipes size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35mm thick M.S. Sheet for pipes upto 350 mm dia. and from minimum 7mm thick MS sheet for pipes of 400 mm dia and above.
