Clearing and grubbing Road Land Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as pwr technical specification clause 301.4

Excavation in soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000m. Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion (SS –I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85kg/ sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and Laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 Premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site up to lead o 1000m laid over a previously prepared surface with Paver finisher to the required grade,level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical specification clause 504.

Providing, laying and rolling of Open Graded Premix Carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a 3 wheel 80-100KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades, to be followed by seal coat of Type-A as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-A as per Technical Specification Clause 510.

providing and fixing of Retro reflectorised cautionary ,mandatory signs,with defination plate made out of high intensity grade prismatic sheeting conforming to IRC -67:2010 & ASTM D 4956-09 , Types IV specification and fixing over 1.5 mm thick aluminium sheet fixed on back support frame of 25 mm x25mmx3 mm mild steel angle and supported on the mild steel angle iron 75 mm x75 mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x45 cm x60 cm below ground level ect complete including 7 years warranty for the retro reflective sheeting as per clause 6.9 of IRC 67-2010 specification ( as per MORT & spec. no 801)

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under PMGSY including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost for carriageway width of 3.00m & 3.75m
