Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light/fan/socket power) including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition separately) and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ floor with using one coat of putty and two coats distemper on disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down main switches/DB's along with existing board including removing the same from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/floor with using one coat of putty and two coats distemper on disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down existing sub main wiring of any type and description including removal of teak wood batten/pipe and making good the disturbed surface of walls/floor with using one coat of putty and two coats distemper on disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down unserviceable/Burnt, Underground/service cable of any type & size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for point wiring concealed type/surface conduit/casing and caping with 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multithreaded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade including 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn through in and including PVC rigid conduit/surface conduit/casing and caping not less than 20mm dia with its accessories pressed steel terminal box made of primer including 3mm thick ISI marked laminated sheet cover for fixing switches/socket/ regulators complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks, locally available in trenches for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushion with natural local river sand for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of GI tubing 40 mm dia light grade with all fittings laid in trenches/making GI bracket of security light/ provn for ceiling fan point including bending of suitable size/ support of underground cable as required at site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note: The amount of Rs 9,412.00 against schedule of credit given on Tender Serial Page No 32 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted by the contractor against BOQ while deriving the contract sum for acceptance.
