Note: Quoted rate deemed to include for removing and replacing of defective items such as insulators for busbar, separators, sleeves, hinges, bolts, nuts wherever required.

Material and labour for servicing of ACB 800/1200A rating by disconnecting and taking out the breaker after taking power shutdown of the respective panel and overhauling/ servicing the ACB by opening all parts and cleaning of electrical contacts with CTC/ rust remover, lubricating electrical moving parts with petrolium jelly and mechanical moving parts with grease and applying becktrol red solution to the surface of the bus bars and spouts, applying monoplast compound at the bus bar joints after tightening of joints and replacing defective spare parts like springs/ bolts/ nuts/ washers etc., including testing, calibrating, refixing the circuit breaker and make fuctional complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for painting the LT panel complete of any capacity after preparation of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel (smoke grey) paint and old steel surafce, replace the danger notice plate complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of danger notice plates, made out of 1.6mm thick MS sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT 20X15 cm size complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of APFC microcontroller relay 8 steps fixed to existing APFC panel including taking down the existing unserviceable relay complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of capacitor duty APFC contactor suitable to switching 15 KVAR capacitor, 3 pole, 415V rating fixed to existing capacitor bank by taking down the existing unserviceable contactor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for repair /reconditioning of exisitng earth pit by removing damaged earth PCC chambers and excavated pit soil upto 25% of earth plate /electrode and adding alternate layers of charcoal, mixture of salt and copper sulphate upto 15cm above the earth plate /electrode and moist the mixture using water, cleaning /replacing of funnel with wire mesh where ever necessary, testing the earthing after reconditioning and earth resistance value must be within 1.5 Ohms, making good to distrubed surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Material and labour in repair/ replacement of damaged earth chamber with premoulded PCC earth chamber with cast iron cover of size 300x300x50mm including provision of funnel, wire mesh necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil including painting, marking of earth values with date complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of PVC polymer insulator for existing GI/ Aluminium/ copper strip support complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.3mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip of size 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in elecrtical plate No.3 of SSR part 1, connected to DB/ earthing test point including PCC chamber, RCC cover 50mm thick with 8mm dia bars, protection pipe, funnel etc., including excavation, earth work, disposal of surplus soil and earth strip protection pipe of GI 40mm bore light grade upto 7.5m including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 110mm dia suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.3mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip of size 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in elecrtical plate No.3 of SSR part 1, connected to DB/ earthing test point including PCC chamber, RCC cover 50mm thick with 8mm dia bars, protection pipe, funnel etc., including excavation, earth work, disposal of surplus soil and earth strip protection pipe of GI 40mm bore light grade upto 7.5m including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for loose filling with aggregates of gauge 40mm filling in panel surrounding upto 1 to 3m as per ground availability of area, cleaning the area, making level, and filling the aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for testing of earthing resistance of existing earthing using calibrated 3/4 wire digital earth resistance tester and recording the earth resistance value in register obtaining the signature of user and MES executive after varification complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Contractor has to provide digital earth resistance tester and should be available all the time during the contract period.
