Dismantlng wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, ant thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing anodized aluminium snap grid framework for false ceiling, size of snap grid frame work 605 mm x 605 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge .

Providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge .

Supply & fixing 6 mm dia galvanized steel wire hangers (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made of GI flat 40x3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long complete all as specified .

Supply & fixing Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing

Supply and fixing 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof & disposal of retrieved material upto a distance n.exc 100m where directed, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof disposal off rubbish upto a distance n.exc 100m where directed).

M & L for water proofing treatment ot existing roof/ terrace using single component, PU based, cold applied seamless waterproofing memberane, the treatment shall be carried out as per manufacturer instruction and by authorized applicator as approved by GE shall include :- (a) Preparation the surface and remove all loose concrete, dust by mechanical means. (b) cut and widen all cracks more than 1 mm upto 8 mm in width and depth in V shape with mechanical cutter, clean the cracks with air brower apply primer and fill the crack with PU sealent. (c) Application of moisture insenstive primer @ 0.20-0.25 Kg/M2 followed by application of PU waterproofing membrane coverage @ 2.3-2.5 Kg/M2 in 2-3 coats to achieve DFT of 1.5 mm as per manufacture instructions, (d) Providing and laying 200 GSM Geotextile (non-woven polyster) memberane over water proofing memberane to creat a separation layer, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF MATERIAL Tensile Strength 1.5 MPa ASTM D412, Elongation at Break > 200% ASTM D412, Adhesion in Peel > 1.5 MPa (on concrete substrate) EN 1542 Crack Bridging Ability Passes upto 3.2mm Width ASTM C1305, Permeability to Water Vapour Passes IS 2645, Water Vapour Transimission ~ 23 g/m²/24hr ASTM E96, Water Absorption < 10% ( by Mass) ASTM D570, Microbiological Resistance No Algae & Fungal Growth ASTM D5590, Solar Reflectance Index 102 ASTM E1980. Note : (a) Complete material shall be procured in bulk and kept in lock and key. (b) The installation company should be trained and authorized by Manufacturer & installation to be carried out as per manufacturers approved method statement mentioned in PS-II. All auxiliary & accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system. Any component used which is not manufactured by the particular manufacturer can only be used with official approval from manufacturer, (c) Ponding of slab shall be carried out to check the efficiancy of waterproof coating by filling water to 50 mm depth for 48 hrs all as directed by Engineer-in-charge., (d) Contractor shall submit 10 yr guarantee for water proof treatment work from date of completion of work

M&L for 40mm average thick PCC padding in 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof slab finishing the surface even and fair using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (Water proofing compound shall be measuredand paid separetly)

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 as on roof surfaces parapet or verticle beam surface (horizontal or vertical) of finish even and smooth using water proofing compound complete all as driected by Engineer-in-Charge . Note - Using only coarse sand (Toka sand) in screed bed/Plastering.

M & L for benching with PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using WPC as per manufacturer's instruction along side wall adjoining to roof in concave shape complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound

Material and labour for rendering / plastering 5 mm thick (matching with existing plaster thickness) in cement mortar (1:3) on any face of ceiling in patches matching with existing, finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement, complete including taking down old plaster all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered or concrete surface of ceiling by sand papering or by the other mean and after preparing the surfaces and applying two coat of white wash with (paint brush /with roller ) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge

Material and labour for rendering / plastering 15mm thick (matching with existing plaster thickness) in cement mortar (1:6) on old brick or concrete surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices in patches matching with existing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation by surface with help of mechanicaly and applying 1.5 to 2.5 mm thick acyrlic wall care putty and smoothening the surfaces with sand paper/mechanised sanding etc, (Preparatory to paint as directed), and applying Two coat of 100% Premium interior acrylic emulsion paint by using Brush roller over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for Cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered / concrete surface of wall / Pillars / cornices and applying 1.5 to 2.5mm thick one coat of cement based wall care putty to complete surface of wall to make the surface even and smooth upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of coats of cement base paint (light shade), as approved tint/colour by using paint roller brush complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description from walls/RCC surfaces/ceiling /chajjas /roof projections etc with mechanical means/grinder and Preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of coats of cement base paint paint (light shade) with highlighter of any approved shade all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparation of existing surfaces and applying 01 coat of cement base paint paint (light shade) with highlighter of any existing shade all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatement with help of mechancially and applying 1.5 to 2.5 mm thick acyrlic wall care putty and smoothening the surfaces with sand paper/mechanised sanding etc, (Preparatory to paint as directed), and applying Two coat of 100% Premium interior acrylic emulsion paint by using Brush/ roller over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing in repair three layers 500 litre HDPE water storage tanks ISI Marked. white in colour rotational moulded polyethylene (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including Supply and fixing of suitable size inlet/outlet arrangement & other accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of size 20mm bore ( weight 210 gms Minimum) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe type -B single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to walls with projrcted MS clamps of size 25x03mm at 1.2 mtr interval, and also repair to blow holes / spouts and mouth of pipe for leak proof purpose compete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110 mm bore, PVC (SWR) fittings type -B such as bends, tee, shoe etc; fixed to PVC pipes, compete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of ( PCC) cement concrete of any description in ground floor in any position not exceeding 15 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed

M & L 75mm thick PCC 1: 3: 6 type C-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) in plinth protection /sub base of interlocking tiles etc, including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, apron etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Non skid ceramic tiles , having size of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but n.exc 0.38 Sqm and 7mm to 8 mm thick ,Premium (1st quality) straight edge, colour as approved by GE , in floors , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured polymer based grout to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 20 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick premium (1st quality) (Square/ rectangular ) in skirting ,dados etc. area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc. 0.38 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, over and including 10 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for Non skid ceramic tiles , having size of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm and 7mm to 8 mm thick ,Premium (1st quality) straight edge, colour as approved by GE , in floors , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured polymer based grout to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 20 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles, Premium (1st quality) straight edge, colour as approved by GE , of size 350mm x 250mm / 450mm x 350mm /450mm x 300mm, 7mm to 8mm thick, as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored polymer based grout to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Green marble slab 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of slab including cutting and polishing laid over 15 mm thick in CM(1:4) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 20-25mm th pre polished kota stone over 15 mm th screed in CM 1:4 laid jointed with grey cement as in steps with single piece incl chipping the steps where reqd complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with ditto as per item above over and including 10 mm rendring in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for demolition of concrete as in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work

Supply and Grouting, injecting two part, low viscosity, moisture insensitive injection liquid, based on high strength epoxy resin by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzle refused to accept the grout including mixing of grout for column, beam and roof slab having following properties:- (i) Mixed Density 1.1 kg/l (at +27°C); Viscosity ~ 250 mPas at +30°C and should comply according to ASTM C 881, Type II and IV, Grade-1, Class E+F (ii) Compressive strength >= 70 N/sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM D 695; Tensile Strength >= 30 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); (iii) Bond Strength ~ 10.8 N/sqmm (failure in concrete) after 14 days at +30°C cure; Flexural strength ~ 50 N/sqmm according to ISO 178. (iv ) Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy adhesive after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle. Note:- leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- Contractor will submit all the old unserviceable item retrived from above mentioned schedule of item to MES store yard. Transportation charges for the same is responsibility of contractor and no extra payment shall be made on this account
