Taking down chowkhats or frames area exc. 1.50 Sqm but not exc. 4.00 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames area not exc. 1.50 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down door or window shutter of any description not exc. 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ramed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75x50mm single rebated factory made 100% solid WPC (Wood Polymer Composit) door frame from 100% lead free ( Single & extruded process) material with dencity not less then 780kg /Cum all as specified and directed.

S&F 65x100 mm single rebated factory made 100% solid WPC (Wood Polymer Composit) door frame from 100% lead free ( Single & extruded process) material with dencity not less then 780kg /Cum all as specified and directed.

S&F 65x125 mm double rebated factory made 100% solid WPC (Wood Polymer Composit) door frame from 100% lead free ( Single & extruded process) material with dencity not less then 780kg /Cum all as specified and directed.

S & F of factory made 30 mm thick 100% solid WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) prelam solid both side 14 micron Flush door shutter wit 10mm deep CNC moulding design of required size comprising of virgin PVC resin of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and builders hardware except S S screws shall be paid separately)

S & F 30mm thick factory made solid WPC (Wood plastic composit) prelam solid both side 14 micron moulded glazed door shuter with wire mesh in any number of division with XPM Aluminium alloy wire cloth & SS wire mesh (G-304) 0.36 mm minimum dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.4mm shall to be fixed with 15x15 square tube in side rails with screwing 8x28 heat metel zink coated screws can be remove of fix again after changing of wire mesh needed. The density shall be as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and as directed

S & F of 1.25 mm thick mild steel plain black sheet in wall cladding, steel gate and similar work, cut to size, holes punched including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted and welded seams as required including bending or turning up, mitred angles etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.
