Material and labour for treating the sunken floor with preparing surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove to all loose dirt etc applying consisting of the following operation: (a) 10mm thick plastering /screed bed in CM 1:3 complete with mixing the water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. (b) Cleaning floor surface by wire brush brooming and removing dust and shall be painted with coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384-1986 @ 0.3 litres per Sqm uniformly complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed. (c) After primer the entire roof surfaces applying tack coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 grade conforming to 702-1988 @ 1.2 kg per Sqm over primer (d) Over hot bitumen laying polymeric water proofing membrane consisting of 90 to 100 micron thick layer centre core of HMHDPE film with standard weight not less than 3 Kg per Sqm over entire area laid with 100mm side lap/end lap on prepared surfaces as per manufacturers technical instruction and seal complete all as specified and directed. (e) Again the entire floor surface applying tack coat of hot blown bitumen graded 86/25 grade confirming to IS 702 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40 graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc mixed with 5% liquid water proofing compound by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instruction including finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid under this item only.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket and power point) complete fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, regulators, socket etc and removing material from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors/ceiling to match the existing surface all as spfd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Point wiring complete with 1.5Sq.mm nominal area of copper conductor FRLS multi stranded PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volts cable drawn through & including PVC Casing & caping with standard accessories such as elbows, tees, junctions etc. and PVC moulded terminal box with top cover of including PVC insulated unsheathed solid 1.5Sqmm copper conductor cable as continuous earth lead all as specified and directed for the followings:-

One light/exhaust fan/Bell point point controlled by one way switch

One bell point controlled by one bell push on independent board.

One 3 pin socket out let 5 Amp on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

One 3 pin socket out let 5 Amp on the same board with other switches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 250 mm complete including fixing cutting and chessing the wall ,Ventilation duct and Plywood/GI Plate packing work as per site reqmt complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. S&F in replacement of any size and provide new sheet metal distribution board iron clad VTPN, double door with acrylic door IP-54, IK-09, 08 ways, protection suitable or MCCB as incormer and MCB as outgoing 415 Volts, 3 phase 50 Hz, 4 way, complete with appropriate size copper Bus bar and neutral link confirming complete with one MCCB 4 pole 415 Volts 125 Amps rating, thermal magnetic with rupturing cap 16 KA of the same make as of distribution board and including cutting chases to wall for fixing DB and making good the disturbed wall surface all as reqd site including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make as per PS.

S&F in replacement of old UNSV sheet metal enclosure TPN for DBs with 200 Amps bus bar of 12 way 415 volts with blank plate double door complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make as per PS.

Supply and fix in replacement of sheet metal enclosure SPN for DBs double door when MCB's to be used single pole & neutral 240 Volt 12 Ways all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SP 5 to 32 Amp 240 Volts AC ISI marked all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SPN 63 Amp 240 Volts AC ISI marked all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SPN 40 Amp 240 Volts AC ISI marked all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
