Supply & Fixing single pointed Air termination rod made of Aluminium Dia 12mm, Height 300mm size over existing RCC roof/AC sheet roof/GI sheet roof etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Maintenance free earthing all as per following specification :- Make: Marconite/ DEHN/JEF TECHNO /PRAGATI ELECTROCOM Or as approved by the GE.

(a) Copper bonded rod with Low carbon steel, high tensile strength copper bonded rod with min 250 microns of copper plating, UL listed. Diameter- 17.2 mm, Length- 3 meters, Material- Copper Bonded, Coating thickness- 250 microns, min, Approvals- Tested acc. IEC / EN 62561-2, UL 467. (b) 20 kg backfilled compound, - Material Carbon based backfill/earthing compound, Fulgurite formation test at direct lightning (10/350 μm), lightning long duration test at- 100C No fulgurites/Pass, Environmentally Friendly ROHS certified, Resistivity- < 0.12 ΩM, Complying Standard- IEC 62561-7 , Testing Approvals Certified from- NABL accredited Laboratories. (c) SS 316 grade Termination clamp to terminate the load on earth electrode for termination, Material of construction - 316 grade stainless steel, Dimension - 160x35x3 mm Note : (i)Quoted rate includes testing of earthings and earth results should be less than 1 Ohm. The contractor will be responsible to submitt the result sheets to the department along with the locations.

S& Laying of Poly plastic pit cover of material- Polymer Body & Cover, Product Code- HEP, Dimensions- 308 mm (L) x 308 mm (W) X 214 mm (H), Weight 2.5 kg (5.50 LBS) all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron or steel earth lead strip 32x6 mm size upto 7.5 mtr long in single length by mean of nut/bolt and washer of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate no 5 of SSR part I including necessary excavation in hard/dense soil and earth work GI pipe 20mm dia mediumj grade for watering and GI 15mm dia light grade pipe for protection of GI earth wire etc, PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1(20mm graded aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc, connected to LT panel board as indicated including testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earth strip upto 7.5 m including in the rate. Beyond 7.5 m shall be measured seperately.

M&L for Earth continuity GI strip 32X6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc fixed to wall on batten/porcelain insulator or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing including breazing at each necesasry joints etc.

Material and Labour for earthing pit display boards made out of 3mm thick MS sheet of size 30 x 35cm welded to 75cm long 25 x 25 x 5 mm thick MS angle iron grouted in PCC 1:3:6 (with 20mm stone aggregate) to a depth of 20 cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved color over a coat of red oxide primer and writing the letters on plate for showing the following details: 1. Material and labour for repair of earth pit by using liquid chemical earthing solution (not less than 10 Kg) and mixing with water and filling into the chemical earth pit to achieve the result less than 01 to 05 Ohm as required at site.

M&L for porcelain vitreous white seperators and fixing screws etc . to be refixing alongwith the pole and wall with existing copper strip all as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for dismanteling of of old damaged /cracked PCC of earth pit and M&L for provide new Earth pit using PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with 20 mm graded stone aggregate alongwith RCC cover with handle complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & fix multi spikes pointed air termination Brass/Copper 12mm dia, 1000 mm long with 5 spikes and base plate 9x9 cm for tower protection coverage of 45 degrees from the top point including all necessory fixing arrangements all as specified and directed.

Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed, 1100 volt grade cable with multi strand copper conductor of size 4.0 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic PVC casing & caping or PVC conduit, medium grade, as directed/ ground requirement, ISI marked of suitable size, surface on wall, ceiling with GI screws, rawl plugs with all fittings including Tee, Junction boxes and provision of pressed steel terminal box powder coated or PVC Box of suitable size with 3 mm thick laminated or PVC sheet cover for mounting switch sockets and regulators and drawing continuous earth wire of PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed 1100 Volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 4.0 Sq mm (Nominal area) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal powder painted double pole enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket flushing in wall including 32 Amps rated double pole MCB 10 KA, "C" curve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion

Supply and fixing of Fire Alarm sounders / Sirens electronic type horizontal two stage continous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes with sound level 65 db to 120 db Measured at 1.5m with sound output Variation of + 5 db 500m range complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of conventional fire alarm control panel single loop 02 Zone with battery charging circuit and power supply unit having provision for audio and Digital display indication for FIRE FAULT, OPEN/SHORT EARTH CIRCUIT. The panel shall be factory made 1.6mm thick CRCA powder coated enclosure, test facilities and shall have 2 x 12 volts 32 AH SMF battery set for eight hours contineous back up incase of mains failure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of manual call box (Pill box) made of 16 SWG CRCA sheet having single LED indications and release type push button within case of FIRE BRAKE GLASS printed on front cover and having hammer and chain complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Detectors Complying with and type certified to EN - 45 Addressable type multi sensor detector with heat and smoke combination Photoelectric /Optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS: 11360 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and lay PVC insulated FRLS single core copper cable of size 2x1.5 Sqmm + 1x1.5 sqmm earth wire with steel conduit including complete accessories of dia 25 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay PVC insulated FRLS single core copper cable of size 2x4 Sqmm + 1x4 sqmm earth wire with steel conduit including complete accessories of dia 25 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Modular socket 16 Amps 2/3 pin combined 2 module complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
