Dismantling/removing old damaged worn out APP of any thickness incl screed bed or plastering of any thickness and removing the rubish materials outside MOD land at a dumping place earmarked by any state govt/municipalities etc any distance complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions @ 150 ml by per bag of cement on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions @ 150 ml by per bag of cement finished fair and even a complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment of roof consisting as under:- (a) Applying a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 kg per sqm over a coat of primer @ 0.30 litre/ sq.m including preparation of roof surfaces (b) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.60 kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/sqm), duly sealed at over laps & joints with flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No. 05 above but on vertical surfaces, using hot blown bitumen having penetration value 30/40 applied 1.20 Kg/ Sq.m over primer @ 0.30 litre/ Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel tubing/ PVC 15mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing to stores complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl Item No 07 here in before but 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15mm dia tubes medium grade, galvanized, with all fittings such as sockets, bends, elbows, tees etc, concealed/surface fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cutting chases as required shall be measured and paid seperately.

Demolition of brick work or rubbled stone masonry including all quoins arches , pillars etc built in cement mortar and including removal from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition and breaking up Rain water pipes AC/PVC set in cement mortor of bore 100mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 75mm dia. PVC rain water pipe fixed on wall under walls as spout complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0 (using 12.5 mm stone crushed agg.) as in roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges in any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping & bed blocks etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel framed work Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering.
