Material and labour in replacement of sub main wiring with 6.0 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, two single core, 1100 Volts grade, stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor FRLSH- FLEXIBLE WIRING CABLE. CONFORMING TO IS: 694-1990 with and including continuous earth wire of size 6.0 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated, copper conductor cable drawing into and including rigid non metallic PVC surface conduit of 25 mm dia, medium grade with all MS conduit accessories / fittings, brass screws, washers etc and connected to common earth dolly including all cutting / chases etc in wall, making connection complete all as specified & directed. Note:- One meter of conduit along with 2x 6.0 Sq mm wire and one 6.0 sq mm earth shall be measured as one unit length.

M&L for dismantling solar water heating system panel of 100 litres capacity, any Make and type by removing the glass panel carefully and refixing it after cleaning dust, cleaning the water collector tubes and aluminium foil including descaling the existing hot water storage tank of any capacity and replacement of rock wool complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Serial item No. 3 above here-in-before but of 200 litre capacity.

Supply and fix in replacement glass panel rubber beeding of approved quality, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement heating element of 5000W, B.S.P with thermostat pocket and metal cap all as per existing one and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement heating element of 3000W, B.S.P with thermostat pocket and metal cap all as per existing one and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement heating element of 2000W, B.S.P with thermostat pocket and metal cap all as per existing one and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement heating element of 1000W, B.S.P with thermostat pocket and metal cap all as per existing one and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only thermostat size 11" long , suitable for water heater of any capacity as per site requirement complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of Solar water heater storage tank of capacity 300 ltr with MS stand of strandard size , inlet/ outlet,over flow water pipe connections complete with nuts and bolts of suitable size and PCC work in 1;2;4 ratio as required at site including taking down old UNSV complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of Solar water heater storage tank of capacity 200 ltr with MS stand of strandard size , inlet/ outlet,over flow water pipe connections complete with nuts and bolts of suitable size and PCC work in 1;2;4 ratio as required at site including taking down old UNSV complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of flat plate collector panel for solar water heater size of each plate 1000x 2000 mm ( 03 Plates) complete with copper tubing, tuffend glass, rubber beading, inlet and outlet water connections to each other of capacity 300 LPD ISI marked (complete Copper panel) including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of flat plate collector panel for solar water heater size of each plate 1000x 2000 mm complete with copper tubing, tuffend glass, rubber beading, inlet and outlet water connections 100 LPD ISI marked including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of tuffend glass suitable for flat plate collector panel of size 1000x 2000 mm complete with rubber beading after removing the existing broken glass carafully and cleaning completely all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply / laying and fixing 25mm bore galvanised steel tubing medium grade with all fittings, laid in trenches, under road or fixed to wall with clamps and nuts and bolts of suitable size for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply / laying and fixing 40 mm bore galvanised steel tubing medium grade with all fittings, laid in trenches, under road or fixed to wall with clamps and nuts and bolts of suitable size for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of rubber hose pipe heavy duty for hot water of size 32 / 25mm inner dia for fixing in tank to panel and panel to panel as required at site including 02 nos of SS clamp adjustable clamp with brass nut complete or as directed at site .

Supply and fix in replacement gun metal gate valve 40mm dia with wheel ISI marked complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement industrial type SPN enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with and including 40 Amps MCB, single pole, AC, 240 volts and flush to wall including all cuttings & chases etc on wall and making good including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing disturbed surfaces complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
