Supplying, fitting and fixing of false ceiling framework with powder coated exposed G.I. grid suspension system (E-Grid T 2430/1510 or equivalent load carrying capacity with mid span deflection not exceeding 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200mm c/c ) consisting of Main Runner 3600 mm long, Cross Tee 1200 mm / 600 mm long and Wall Angle. The Wall Angle shall be fixed on PVC Dash Fasteners on the perimeter of the wall by steel screws with distance 300mm c/c. The Main Runners to be placed @ 1200 mm. The Cross Tee 1200mm will be inserted in the pre-cut slots of Main Runner at regular interval of 600 mm to form a modular grid of 1200mm X 600mm. Additional Cross Tees of 600 mm shall be placed perpendicular to the Cross Tee 1200 mm long to finally form a grid of 600 mm X 600 mm. Grid of module size 600 mm X 600 mm shall be supported by 6 mmdia G.I. wire from purlins / soffit. all complete as per drawing & directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Taking out existing partition/ceiling of particle board, masonite board, ply board, soft board etc. of any thickness and refixing same in new position with necessary clamps making holes in walls, floor, roof and mending damages if any.[concrete plaster will be paid separately

Supplying,fitting & fixing in position suspended false ceiling with frame work of aluminium hollow section of size 50mm X 25mm (2.0mm thickness) combined with aluminium corners of size 38mm X 25mm, suspended by aluminium hollow tube section of size 38mm X 25mm having size of 600mm X 600mm ceiling with aluminium composit panels (ACP) - Interior grade of thickness 3.0mm comprising of proctective film, polyester coating, primer, aluminium coil, adhesive film, polyethylene core again with one layer adhesive film, aluminium bottom coating and finally service coating as per manufacturer's specification finished with aluminium screw and silicon sealent complete in all respect including all incidental charges etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
ALUMINIUM METAL MICROLOOK LAY-IN PLAIN TILES OF 600 x 600 MM WITH KNAUF SUPRAFINE 38 OR EQUIVALENT WITH 15 MM EXPOSED GRID SYSTEM. Providing & Fixing horizontal level suspended ceiling comprising of Aluminium Lay in Plain 600x600mm (Nominal Size) tiles made of AA-3003 H14 (Tempered) grade Aluminium suitable for architectural finishes in 0.7 mm thickness as per in IS:2676 (1981) in Global white colour with Square Tegular/Microlook 90° edge having 8 mm drop and 5.5 mm flange. The difference between the 2 diagonal dimensions of the tile to be less than 1 mm. Tiles shall be flattened by precision leveller to minimize sag to less than 1/400 mm. The tide shall be electrostatically polyester powder coated using RoHS compliant powder having coating thickness ranging from 60-80 microns. The powder coating shall pass Salt Spray Test for 750 hours a per ASTM B117, QUV-A Test for 1000 hours as per ASTM G-154 (Cycle 1) and Humidity test for 1000 hours as per DIN 50017. The powder coating shall have an adhesion of GT0 as per EN ISO 2400. The shade variation across batches shall be delta E<1 using Excite/8YK Gardner instrument and gloss level of 25 ± 5% at 60° as per ASTM DS23. The tile shall have a Light Reflectance of ≥ 63% in accordance to ASTM 1477.98 and Fire Performance of class 0/1 as per BS 476 Part 6 & 7 In module size of 600 x 600 mm.
SUSPENSION: The tile shall be laid on Knauf Suprafine 38 or equivalent With 15 mm wide T-section flanges colour global white (matching to tile colour) having double stroke rotary stitching on all T sections i.e., the Main runner 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38mm (all section). The deflection loading of the system shall be 12.5 kg/m2 (as per standard installation layout mentioned below) and main beam tested as per ASTM C635 (Deflection limit less than 1/360) with a deflection loading of 15 kg/m. The end details of the cross tee shall be made of pre hardened steel clip fixed to the ends of the cross tee to provide double locking between "cross tee to cross tee" and "cross tee to main beam Al main beam to main beam and cross tee to cross tee connection shall have a pull out strength of more than 100 kg. The T-Sections shall be made of hot dipped galvanized steel 90 gsm and pre-painted steel with baked polyester paint of 0T bending capability.
INSTALLATION: To comprise main runner spaced at 1200 mm securely fixed to the structural soffit using Knauf or equivalent suspension system (specification bellow) at 1200 mm maximum. The First/Last Knauf or equivalent suspension system at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450 mm from the adjacent wall along with the first and the last main beam shall be at less than 600 mm from the wall Flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600 mm to form 1200 x 600 mm module. Cut cross tree longer than 600 mm require independent support. 600 x 600 mm module to be formed by fitting 600 mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200 mm cross tees. Perimeter trim to be Knauf or equivalent wall angles of size 3000 x 19 x 19 mm, secured to walls using screws at 450 mm centre to centre maximum. All border cut tiles shall be laid, using Knauf or equivalent lay-in end cap for installation to have a Microlook effect on perimeters
