REPAIRS TO ROAD, PATH, CULVERTS AND CONNECTED ROAD FURNITURES IN AOR OF AGE B/R SANTACRUZ UNDER GE(N) SANTACRUZ, MUMBAI

M & L for Preparing black top surfaced with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tacking coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen) @ 2.50 Kg per 10 Sqm of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete by mechanic paver, 30 mm consolidated thickness using crushed graded stone aggregate mixed with binder content @ 5.5% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen, rolled and compacted to required chamber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repairs to pot holes any depth and n. exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping, free from dust and mud water scouring sunken surfaces in black top, road, path etc, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet 2 cm thick and well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 kg of binder with 0.06 cum of sand), again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) depth of potholes n. exc 30 mm).

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

Supply and fix in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of uper bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Supply and fix in repairs road convex mirrors outdoor type made of one piece polycarbonate plastic of size 80 cms dia, outdoor type, mounted on steel frame including all fixing arrangements and necessary foundations (300mm X 300mm X 450 mm with M15 using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair sign board made of retro reflective Type IV high intensity prismatic grade sheeting in any colour and size with including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets as per IRC 67-2012 including SS 304 Sch 10S Pipe of dia 50 mm, suitable height and 4mm aluminium composite material grade including required clamps, embedded in below ground level including excavation and PCC M15(Nominal Mix) with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of size 300mm X 300mm X 450 mm and making good surface all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work and PCC in foundations shall be inclusive of rates quoted by contractor. Clear height of board from ground level 1.2 m. The unit measured for payment shall be as per area of sign board sheet.
