Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

ITT 3.2 To qualify for the award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21,2021-22, 2022-23 2023-24 and 2024-25. ITT 3.2 (b)To qualify for the award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21,2021-22, 2022-23 2023-24 and 2024-25 (b)Satisfactory completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Construction of check dam/ Pick up/ Bridge/ Barrage/ Barrage cum Bridge/ Anecut/ Check dam cum cause way/ Bandaras of value not less than Rs. 393.33 Lakhs

The tenderer should submit the Statement showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed

ITT 3.2 To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21,2021-22, 2022-23 2023-24 and 2024-25 (a) Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (i.e from 2020-21 to 2024-25) (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 1573.40 Lakhs.

ITT 3.3 (b) liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 259.53 lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.

IIT 3.3 (a) Availability by owning at least 50% of the required / specified key and critical equipment for this work and the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease / hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents ( Commitment agreements, RC book, Purchase invoice, sale deed, hire/lease deed , latest B-extracts, latest insurance copy etc.,) for availability for this work are furnished 1) Excavator - 6 Nos (3 nos Own and 3 Hire / lease), 2) Lorry / Tipper - 6 Nos (3 nos Own and 3 Hire / lease) 3) Self loading Concrete Mixer- 4 Nos. (2 no Own & 2 no Hire / lease) 4) Compactor / Vibratory Roller - 2 Nos. (1 no Own & 1 no Hire / lease).
