Dredging work from the downstream of Hatimura Sluice Gate point towards the Kollong River up to 4.0 KM with the help of Departmental Cutter Suction Dredger and deployment of fleet of machineries for the year 2024-25 (Phase-I)

Clearing of deposited compact water hyacinth root, waterweeds, other aquatic plants, garbage, plastics etc. from the bed of Kolong river channel including cutting, removing and stacking at places away from the bank etc of the channel complete with all lead and lift as directed to facilitate Dredging work with the help of Cutter Suction Dredger.

Charges for construction of temporary site camps of size 12 ft x 10 ft x 12 ft covering all four sides & one door opening using corrugated galvanized iron sheet roofing of 0.45 mm .including supply of coir sutli, galvanized wire, bamboo etc. Total coated thickness with minimum tensile strength of 450 mpa with 120 gsm Zinc coating on both sides complete as directed for staying ordinary labours and to keep the dredger spare materials, lubricants, HS diesel etc.

Operational & maintenance of the cutter suction dredger with Technical Crew having valid license, expertise of corrective & maintenance dredging work for proper dredger operation

Labours with requisite experience of work to be engaged for various assisting & helping requirements during Dredging operation to facilitate operation of the Cutter Suction Dredger unit , fitting , fixing & alignment of pipe lines with floats etc. and other allied works as directed for the Cutter Suction Dredging etc. 8 Nos x 75 days = 600 Mendays (@ 391.54 Schl. Rate of W.R Deptt. + 10% CP, 18 % GST. & 1% L. cess = Rs. 513.30 )

Hire charges for deployment of 10 (ten) Nos. of Chain Mounted Hydraulic Excavator – 220 having bucket capacity 0.90 cum for making ways by channelization & excavation of the deposited sand bar /sediments from the river bed to achieve the required draft for the Cutter Suction Dredger facilitating the movement towards the actual worksite of Kolong river from Hatimura sluice gate point and to be deployed for assisting work of excavation , Channel Cutting, Leveling, Dressing during dredging to maintain proper grade & depth as required of the section including dressing to the design section complete including operator & maintenance on daily basis considering minimum 10-12 effective working hours per day excluding cost of fuel / POL etc. 10 Nos. x 30 days= 300 Days

Hire charge of 1 (One) No. Tractor with Trolley and load carrying capacity of minimum 5.00 ton along with operator and helpers including cost of HS Diesel / P.O.L.
