Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing complete all as specified and as directed.

All same as per Item No. 1 above but 20mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old steel tubing of 15 mm bore and connections in new or old position (walls, ceilings, floors etc.) complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside ( or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc.,and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning, repairing etc., of tank capacity exc 250 lit but not exc 500 lit complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks (exc 250 and not exc 500 ltr capacity) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rotational moulded polythene water storage tank triple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I capacity of tank 500 ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs 20 mm dia PTMT ball Valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for Iron pipe or brass ferrule including taking down the existing valve complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete as in water tank on roof complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete 75mm thick type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in base of tank complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided in roof padding concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate with 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions water proofing as in levelling course, haunching, coping and similar works over RCC roof surface and RCC over head tank top surface including rounded or chamferred on edges and formwork etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of this schedule.

Taking down of old bituminous tarfelt or any other type of roof treatment from roof/concrete surfaces removal to distance exceeding 250 metres and not exceeding 500 metres from the site and cleaning of the roof surface with wire brush to make it free from dust, dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for application of one coat of water based bitumen emulsion primer at the rate of 0.3 litres per Square metre after cleaning of the surfaces thoroughly from dust, dirt and projections and applying water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane of weight 3.5 Kilogram per square metre and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 grams per square metre) as per IS 3384 on primed surface by forced application over roof surfaces with the over laps of 10 centimetres APP membrane grit finish on roof slab all as per manufacturer's instructions and zonal specification etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 duly mixing with water proofing compound at the rate of 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevant item in this schedule

M&L for laying 300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm thick PCC tiles (Hydraulically pressed) with grey cement, set, jointed, cut and polished. The joints shall be grouted and immediately after grouting, the joints shall be pointed flush in CM 1:2 mixed with 150ml per kg of cement of polymeric based liquid water proofing additive by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply of polymeric based liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only polymer based liquid water proofing additive complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making the grooves to 'V' section in existing parapet walls/columns over RCC roofs, cleaning out and tacked the polymeric membrane in to the grooves and sealed solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand in the ratio of 1:1 by weight etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on roof surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 duly mixing with water proofing compound at the rate of 2% by weight of cement and finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevant item in this schedule

Supply only water proofing compound of ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for application of one coat of water based bitumen emulsion primer at the rate of 0.3 litres per square metre after cleaning of the surfaces thoroughly from dust, dirt and projections and applying water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane of weight 3.5 Kilogram per square metre and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 grams per square metre) as per IS 3384 on primed surface by forced application over roof surfaces with the over laps of 10 centimetres over that a coat of blown bitumen of 85 / 25 at the rate of 1.2 kilogram per square metre over that a coat of bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 100 grams per square metre complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for filling cracks with polymer based chemical (Dr fixit cracks shrink free) for cracks not exc 10 mm in width as per manufacturer instruction on wall surfaces on concrete or masonary including scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Dr fixit /Berger / Perma

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar with all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including disposal of the rubbish out off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided in roof padding concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm aggregate)in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain face set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over including all cutting bending, binding, cranking placing & binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting down plants/trees of girth n exc 15 cm from roof tops/sides of external walls of buildings, chajja, wall junctions, junctions of rain water/soil/waste vent pipes including taking out roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the surfaces including repairing the CI/GI/PVC joints of affected locations by applying TUFALO (Herbal medicine) and making good to suit the adjointing surfaces using PCC type 1:2:4, type B-0 or cement mortar 1:2 with necessary scaffolding/staging etc upto any height complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as specified. NOTE: Any CI/GI/PVC pipes and fittings damaged during work shall be replaced by new one to ensure leakage/seepage free joint without any extra cost to the department.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore UPVC/PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed(ISI Marked) any length with rubber ring joints, complete fittings etc fixed to wall fixed with MS clamps 8mm dia with two nuts/wall nails etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 36 here-in-before except pipes complete all as specified and directed. Note: Serviceable pipe obtained from dismantling shall be reused.

S & F 110mm bore UPVC/PVC (SWR) plain bends, any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of tile batten spacing exc 15 cm of any size from roof complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of CGI/PGI sheet as in roof coverings any gauge and any thickness including ridge, valley gutter etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section in any position un framed complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only timber scantling in roofs complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Serviceable scantlings obtained from dismantling shall be reused.

M & L for second class hard wood in scantling clean sawn complete all as directed and specified

M & L for preparation of old wooden surfaces and applying one coat of creosite oil complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for preparation of new wooden surfaces and applying two coats of creosite oil complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rolled Mild Steel as in joist channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently without connecting plates, etc., ( cut to ordinary lengths i.e within 20mm of the length indicated of Fe 410-W ( Gde-E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The ISMB's have to be inserted in wall by replacing damaged existing rafters as in old madras terrace roof including necessary precautionary measures as in supports etc., as directed by the Engr-in Charge.

S&F Mild steel wok as in wind tie with screwed ends, nuts, washers and mild steel plates for walls, chimneys, roofs, arches, etc. king rods and straining bolts conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick, AZ-150 of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa with coach screw and washer/self stapping screws in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement lime or cement mortar plastering on brick or stone walls including raking out joints and hacking for key or scrubbing with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 as in ceilings including finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1 : 4 mixed with WPC @ 2 % by the weight of cement used and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately in the relevant item of this schedule.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer and over 3mm thick wall putty etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered brick/ stone/plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of apex ultima weather proof paint over a coat of apex ultima primer including preparation of surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on brick/ stone/ plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of apex ultima weather proof paint over a coat of apex ultima primer including preparation of surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone agg including necessary form work and making grooves for embedded etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for wire brush and cleaning any type over roof and chhajja top surface etc, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting, with a layer of blown bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 Kg per Sqm, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 Cu m per Sqm, and lightly tampered (area of flashings, etc., shall be added to the roof area) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.
