Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. River bazree

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m, Tor steel/Mild Steel, Other than SAIL/ TATA/RINL

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor), 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. River Bazree

Supply of PVC pipes & fittings Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). PVC Pipes, 50 mm

Rubble masonry in cement (1:6) with hard dressed stones from approved quarries and clean, coarse and washed sand including carriage of all materials to site. In Road and Jhora Work

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface], With 1:4 cement mortar, 15 mm thick plaster

Weaving wire mattress as directed with wire of 4mm dia. and making sausage crate of required shape after tying all intersections including joining longitudinal ends, closing ends of sausage, carriage of wire to site of work complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of supply of G.I. wire. (With 100mm x 100mm mesh.)

Filling properly the empty sausage crates with boulders of any size & shape with hand packing after preparation of bed of placement, placing the crate in position, carriage of boulders from road stacks with a lead upto 150m etc. complete in all respect including stitching the rest of the crate with wire (passage for filling boulders) after filling up the crate with boulders and launching the crate in position if necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in charge. [Rate provided is exclusive of the cost of stone boulders and sausage crate]

Note: 1. All applicable taxes & duties including GST, other levies and charges etc. on above item have been mentioned in this schedule. The reimbursement of total taxes & duties shall be restricted to the total amount in 8 of this schedule subject to Clause No.2.4 of Terms & Conditions of Contract (T&C). 2. It is hereby confirmed that, except as otherwise stipulated in the Tender Specification and the statutory variations permitted as per the Contract, the above unit rates and other charges as mentioned in this Schedule, will remain firm till the subject supplies are complied. Further, it is confirmed that no other charges would be payable by NHPC, in connection with our execution of the resultant Purchase Order. 3. The “Contract price” shall mean the total Price mentioned in Col.11.
