Provision of Split Air- Conditioning units at Donyi Polo Airport, Itanagar

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Invertrer type, 5 star rated, copper condensor & Evaporator, 1.5 TR hi-wall mounted split type air conditioning unit consisting of non-ductable single phase wall mounted room unit (evaporator) with cordless remote control and one number of out door condensing unit comprising sealed compressor suitable for operation on single phase 230 V 50Hz AC supply including fixing the outdoor unit on a raised angle iron platform/wall bracket, fixing of room unit (evaporator), providing and making all inter connection (control&power cable) between evaporator and condenser unit (if required), providing and making all inter connection between evaporator and condenser unit up to a length of 3.0 (three) meter comprising of Liquid Line & Suction Line including wrapping with closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation tubes/PE foam including wrapping in white vinyl tape,25mm dia rigid PVC drain pipe up to 03Mtr embedded in suitable dia closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation/PE foam & wrapping with white vinyl tape,first charging of refrigerant etc. complete including all accessories as required. (As per List of approved makes attached herewith)

SITC of stabilizer suitable to use with 1.5 Ton Hi-Wall split ac (As mentioned in Sl no 1) operates in 230V,50Hz, Single phase AC power supply having feature of High and low voltage protection complete including all accessories as required.

SITC of extra length of copper pipe (For use alongwith item No. 01 for quantity in excess of 3 metres) (suction & discharge together) between condensor and evaporator unit ,enclosed in with nitrile ruber insulation/PE foam including wrapping in white vinyl tape etc as required.

SITC of extra length of drain pipe (For use alongwith item No. 01 for quantity in excess of 3 metres) from evaporator to a suitable location as per direction of Engineer In Charge ,enclosed in nitrile rubber insulation/PE foam including wrapping in white vinyl tape etc as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) 8 way, Double door

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 As rating, 240/415 volts, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Triple Pole and neutral

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 Sq. mm (Clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 X 16 sq. mm (28mm)
