NOTE: Schedule ‘A’ Part-I A under Ser No. 1 and Ser No. 2 are to be quoted by Contractor and Schedule ‘A’ Part I B, Schedule ‘A’ II to XII under Ser No. 1.00 to 13.00 are Prepriced by MES. Bidders shall insert their lumpsum amount in the Green coloured field under Col-6 only.

Design and construction of 01 (one) Sun Shelter with permanent specification using pre-engineered steel structure of size of 25 m x 30.4 m x 9.5 m (internal dimensions), contiguous and same columns shared by adjacent bays, having roofing and cladding of coloured galvalume sheet of thickness 0.50 mm complete all as per architectural drawings and specifications including:- (a) Birdproofing with netting as specified. (b) Two coats of polyurethane painting. (c) Rigid pavement broken shall be made good after laying of foundation (foundation shall be disigned based as per SBC done after breaking PQC). (d) Foundations and all other civil works.

Design and construction of 01 (one) Sound Proof Ground Run Control Cabin as per architectural drawings and schedule of finishes with permanent specification with RCC framed structure, PCC block walling, aluminium frame work with PVC wall panelling, perforated particle board, false ceiling, lining and bonded mineral wool blanket insulation with pvc flooring, including earthwork, ATT, WPT, seismic strengthening etc. complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE `A' PART-XIII MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF WORK (Note for items 15.00 to 51.00. The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply and fix 15 mm nominal size angle cocks (ISI marked) cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix flame proof junction box for flame proof point wiring 3/4" x 4 way x 80mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Supply, fixing and testing LED street light fitting 120 Watt with LED lamps and driver and made of pressure die-cast aluminium housing IP 65/ IP66 road way luminaries (wider beam angle not less than 120 degree, optics with convex lens/ pinet lens) with UV stabilized polycarbonate cover or toughen glass cover and high power LEDs as light source with LED fittings system Lumen not less than 110 lumen per watt and electronic driver with efficiency 85% with inbuilt protection against lightning, over voltage, short circuit and surge/ spike protection upto 5 KV ensuring longer life (THD< 10%, PF shall be> 0.95, colour temperature 5700+ 300K), including electrical connection with PVC insulated copper conductor multi stranded wire of size 3 core, 2.5 sqmm drawn into flame proof metallic flexible conduit, including mounted on GI bracket of suitable length duly painted with antirust paint using saddle/ fixtures and of bore size suitable as per fitting complete all as specified and directed. Note: Life expectancy of LEDs shall be minimum 50,000 burning hrs and warranty of complete luminaries fitting shall not be less than three years. The fitting shall be tested in NABL accredited LAB and LM 80 test certificate shall be submitted by the original manufacturer.

Supply and fix LED tube light along with fixture, 1x10 W (2 feet long) surface and wall mounted LED batten, extruded aluminium housing and integrated electronic drive including connecting up with three core 0.5 Sqmm flexible copper conductor cable ceiling rose to fitting terminal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix wall mounted fan 400 mm sweep with complete wiring and other fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 200 mm sweep Exhaust fan made up of FRP with complete wiring and other fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting wall for exhaust fan opening and making good surface finish with cement plaster work complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cutting must be of suitable dimension to accommodate the exhaust fan.

Supply and fix flame proof DB with one incoming of 40 amps 4P MCCB and SP MCB 16 amps- 05 Nos & SP MCB 10 Amps - 05 Nos including wiring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix VTPN DB 4 way double door type made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof 4 way IP 54 with the provision of space for one main incoming 4P MCCB and 12 SP MCB as outgoing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB DB SPN 4 way with 200A rated bus bar IP-43 with metal double door suitable for housing of MCBs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCCB 4P, 40 amps, 10KA, Ics=100%Ics, Fixed Thermal & Fixed Magnetic setting with complete connections etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCCB 4P, 63 amps, 10KA, Ics=100%Ics Fixed Thermal & Fixed Magnetic setting with complete connections etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB DP 6 to 32 Amp 10 kA 240 Volt, 'C' Curve and electric connections with copper thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB SP 6-32 Amps C curve and electric connections with copper thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING

Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase, copper wounded, naturally air cooled indoor type and design for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of +/- 2.5% and capacity 5.0 KVA fixed on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe medium grade 40 mm dia upto 0.7 metre with MS base plate of 5 mm thick of size 20 x 20 cm mounted on MS frame of 200 mm height duly welded on central truss of the structure for raising height of new air termination complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix socket reducer 40 x 25 mm and aluminium gukta externally threaded suitable for fixing terminal rod complete all as specified and directed.

RIGID PAVEMENT

Material and labour for 300 mm compacted thickness GSB Grade-V in two layer (150 mm each) with prepartion of sub grade, homogenous and uniform mixing, spreaded, watered and rolled with vibratory roller of minimum 80 to 100 KN static weight with plain drum and consolidated to required gradient and camber etc, all as specified in MORTH and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 150 mm compacted thickness WMM Grading as per IRC 109-215 Grade-I (in two layer of 75 mm each) prepartion of base, preparation mix, spread, rolled with vibratory roller of minimum 80 to 100 KN static weight and consolidated to required gradient, camber and shape complete all as specified in MORTH and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and laying Dry Lean Concrete (DLC) of thickness 150 mm having minimum 7 days compressive strength of 10 N/mm2 over a prepared subgrade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, size of aggregate not exceeding 40 mm (grading and other parameters as per table 600-1 of MORTH, IRC SP:49 specification), of design mix, minimum cement content should be 150 kg/cum as per IS 456, mixed in batching plant, transported to site and laid with sensor paver including spreading and compated by using 8 to 10 tonnes vibratory roller including necessary formwork finishing etc. all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and fixing 400 micron thick polythene film (HDPE sheet) per IS-2508 over DLC etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RMC/ Batching mix plant (minimum 15 cum/ hr) in Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) of thickness 425 mm of minimum field flexural strength 45 Kg/ Sqcm (lower control limit-LCL) after 28 days in pavement slab using minimum 400 kg of cement per cum and using polyester non circular virgin synthetic monofilament fibre reinforcement @ 0.25 % by weight of cement with crushed stone aggregate of grading as specified, laid in panels, spread and compacted to required gradient and camber using fixed form paver of 4 to 10 metre wide, surface vibrators, vibrating screed and needle vibrator including necessary steel form work and curing, belting and finishing top concrete pavement by brooming while concrete is green etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) Non-circular, virgin, synthetic, monofilament polyster fibres shall be used upto 0.25% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's specification in design and all properties/ specifictions to meet test parameters as per IS 16481 2016 and particular specifications issued vide HQ E-in-C's Branch policy letter No. 95610/Policy/Mon/E2W (RI-1) dt 26 Oct 2020. Design mix is to be prepared after incoporating fibres. (ii) Polyester non-circular virgin synthetic monofilament fibres as secondary reinforcement mixed in concrete shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule. However mixing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Construction joints, dummy (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (iv) Deduction shall be made in PQC for quantity of expansion joints, construction joints and dummy joints. (v) Minimum cement content per cum of concrete shall be 400 kg/ cum. However actual cement content shall be worked out as per design mix and nothing extra shall be paid on this account if the quantity of cement used in design mix is more than 400 kg/ cum.

(vi) For the purpose of pricing this item the cement content shall be considered as 400 kg/ cum. In case if quantity of cement used is less than 400 kg/ cum, minus price adjustment shall be made @ rate of Rs. 7.0 per kg. If quantity of cement used is more than 400 kg/ cum, no plus price adjustment shall be made to the quoted rate. (vii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of use and waste form work for total thickness. (viii) The trial will be executed as per above specification and shall be got approved from GE. The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of this provision and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ix) Curing compound shall be applied at the paving stage after broom finish and surface is dry, and rate for use of curing compound shall be included in quoted rate.

Supply only Polyester, non-circular virgin synthetic monofilament fibres (polyester type) 12 mm long with equivalent fibre diameter 15-40 micron, UV stable, alkali resistant, designed for minimum melting point of 250°C, minimum tensile strength 300 Mpa, minimum secant modulus 6 x10³ Mpa, minimum ultimate elongation 15%, minimum glass transition temp 80°C, minimum intrinsic viscosity 0.60 dl/gm, aspect ratio 450 to 800 and having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.39 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting of 25 mm thick expansion joints upto full depth of PQC concrete slab 425 mm thick by diamond cutter machine as soon as the concrete is strong enough to withstand edge spalling ie. first cut as early as possible but not later than 24 Hrs, filled with preformed compressible synthetic filler board (HQ-100) of required depth conforming to IS 1838:2011 Part-3, including provision of 2 mm thick debonding tape above filler board, two coats of priming the vertical side of joints or as recommended in manufacturer's instructions and sealed by mechanical means using cold single component polyurethane sealant (min depth of sealant above filler board shall be 15 mm leaving 2-3 mm recess) conforming to relevant code ASTM C719 and EN-141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/ Water resistance spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied. The sealant should have MAF (+/-) 30% and manufacturer's warranty for 10 years as used in international Airport in India complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for forming construction joint 25 mm deep x 10 mm wide using diamond cutter with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam back up rod of 12 mm dia, joint sealant with 10 years warranty and MAF as +/- 30% to be added for complete width of the joint, priming top 15 mm with specified primer and filling with polyurethane based sealant, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant and as per specifiations and directions of the manufacturer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for forming dummy/ contraction joint using diamond cutter with initial saw cut with 3 mm blade soon after concrete sets for one third depth of PQC. Widening the first saw cut to 8 mm wide and 25 mm deep from top priming top 15 mm with approved primer, joint sealant with 10 years warranty and MAF as +/- 30% and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and filling with polyurethane/ ploysulphide based sealant to closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam back up rod of 10mm dia, for complete width of the joint, and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant and as per specifiations and directions of the manufacturer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for soil stabilisation of top 300mm subgrade soil by uniform mixing of cement OPC 43 grade @ 5% by weight of soil, exact quantity of cement shall be arrived after trials on ground to achieve the required CBR and K Value duly approved with mechanical means, adding required water spreading into layers rolled and compacted with power vibrating roller to achieve K value of 5 Kg/ Sqcm/ Cm complete all as specified and as directed:- Note:- (i) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include excavation of top 300 mm soil and mixing of cement as required and rolling in two layers. (ii) Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the quantity of supply of cement OPC 43 Grade. (iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include rolling and compaction of formation surface with vibratory roller. (iv) Quoted rates shall be inclusive of all the necessary T&P, required tests etc. (v) In case if quantity of cement used is less than that mentioned in item description, minus price adjustment shall be made @ rate of Rs. 7.0 per kg. If quantity of cement used is more than that mentioned in item description, no plus price adjustment shall be made to the quoted rate.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Material and labour for cutting of existing GI tubing 80 mm medium grade and insertion of 'T' 80mm x 80mm x 80mm for taking connection for earthing pipe line including cutting, threading and all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of LT panel board outdoor type fabricated out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet double door, CPRI approved complete with powder coating with seven tank process mounted on M.S. angle Iron frame, duly grouted with PCC required with the following:-

Supply and fix DOL starter for electronic siren suitable for upto 3 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick EPU floor coating system including surface preparation by cleaning from dust, muck, moisture and all foreign materials and cleaned by mechanical scrubber/ grinder, chemical treatment for oil if required, followed by application of primer which shall be a two component, solvent free, epoxy polyamidoamine system having a volumetric ratio of mixing of 1:1 to yield a thickness of 100 microns and providing and applying the screed layer of minimum thickness of 2800 microns. The self-levelling screed shall consist of a low viscous epoxy-amine cured system and graded aggregates (special silica). The epoxy system shall have a volumetric ratio of miding of resin in 2:1 ratio. The aggregates shall be added on the rate of 1:3 or 1:3.5 over that, copper tape, then conductive coat of aquoxy ESD to be applied to a volumetric ratio of 3:1 to a thickness of 100 microns and finally epoxy polyurethane top coat, pre-weighed pack ready to mix and use which shall consist of resin, hardener, EPI (colour concentrate) formulated aggregates and carbon fibre. All these 5 parts to be added to agitate the mixture by an electrically driven motor and lay the mixture to the thickness of 2000 microns complete all as specified and directed by Engnr-in-charge and as per manufacturer’s instructions.

Material and labour for providing and applying polyurethane marking system 100 mm wide complete all as specified and directed.
