Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,drains etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and direcetd by Engr-in-Charge. Notes :-Including removal of demolished debris out of defence line and dumped at govt approved dumping area and no extra payment will be made to contractor against the same.

M&L Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4.complete all as specified and direcetd by Engr-in-Charge. Demolition of, stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors,aprons including screed bed or flooring etc complete all as specified and direcetd by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for colored non skid ceramic tiles 7to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers of cement mortar 1:4 (including hacking of floors) to match Shade, pattern, laying etc complete all as spd and direcetd by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for colored non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers of cement mortar 1:6 (including hacking of floors) to match Shade, pattern, laying etc complete all as specified and direcetd by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps in one piece kota stone, skirting, dado,pillar and floor laid over cement mortar 20mm thick screed bed of CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to achieve granite finish and exposed edges should be rounded with groove cut of 3mm in steps complete all as specified and direcetd by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The work should be executed in patch work.

M&L for green marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps,jambs,pillars,windowcills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) usingmarble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade including polishing, moulding of edges inner or outer side complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster,existing wall tile/mosaic in any thickness including racking out joint hacking for key scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified. Notes :-Including removal of demolished debris out of defence line and dumped at govt approved dumping area and no extra payment will be made to contractor against the same.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces on walls mixed with integral liquid WPC by weight including finished surface should be fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and direcetd by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- 1. The plaster shall be executed in patches as per ground requirement at any where and upto the any height and contractor shall have to provide formwork as per ground or upto any height including necesaary safety precaustion should be carried out for site execution, No extra payment will be paid by department. 2. WPC shall be measured and paid in separately.
