Colour washing with water proof emusion paint two coats over a coat of priming coat for outside wall for all floors including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed enamel paint over the new grill work of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Replacing the damaged European water closet by New one colour with "P" or "S" Trap with double flapped seat and seat cover with brass hinges and 10 litres capacity PVC low level flushing tank with all internal fittings as approved by the Engineer at site including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Replacing the damaged Indian water closet by New one of size 580 x 440 mm orissa pan type comprising colour glazed water closet of approved quality and as approved by the field Engineer with 'P' or'S' trap conforming to IS 2556 - Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40 mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5, 100 mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC Pipe and making good the disturbed portion to original condition etc. complete in all floors complying with the standard specification including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Replacing the damaged flush type (single leaf) door with factory made shutters by new one using 30mm medium density fibre board as per IS:3087/1985 eith E-type T.W beading bonded with water resisting adhesive and fully thread screws and as per IS 1003/1944, paintings with two coats of approved enamel paint over a coat of primer including cost of all materilas, labour, lead, lift, etc.., complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed enamel paint over the new grill work of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Replacing the damaged ceiling fan by new one AC Ceiling fan High speed with Regulator complete as approved by the Engineer with down rod, regulator, fixing on the existing clamp with continuous earth connection (Cromption / Equivalent) including cost of all materials, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Replacing the damaged Box type single box type 4’ 40W with Ballast new one (Philips/Crompton/ Wipro/Equivalent with ISI Make) fluorescent lamps fittings complete with copper choke and condenser with TW round blocks on walls and ceiling with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminal to the fitting including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Dismantling the existing floor tiles and new Flooring with ceramic Anti-skid tiles of approved make, colour, quality and 305X305X6mm thick over CM 1:3, 20mm thick and pointed with the same coloured cement for bath and toilet including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc complete.
