Taking down old unsv street light fittings any type from pole/ wall/ other similar situation and refixing, re-connecting the same in existing position after carrying out necessary repair/ replacement of unsv accessories to make the fittings functional, complete all as speecified and directed. Note:-Accessories required to make the fittings functional shall be measured & paid seperately as supply only under relevent items.

Supply only the following accessories to be incorporated for repair of street light fittings taken out under item No-1 above are as under:-

LED driver for street light fittings of 25 to 35 watt capacity complete all as specified and directed.

LED driver for street light fittings of 40/45 watt capacity complete all as specified and directed.

LED driver for street light fittings of 60/70 watt capacity complete all as specified and directed.

LED driver for street light fittings of 90/120 watt capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Glass cover for street light fittings upto 120 watt capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F thermo plastic street light weather proof out door type junction box of size 200mmx 160mm x 98mm complete with 4 way connector-01 No, 6 Amps SP MCB-01 No, easily openable and having locking arrangement including incoming and out going cable holes with fixing MS clamp and water tight polymide cable gland for each connection with & including taking down old unsv junction box, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide and n.exc 1.50M in depth for taking up or laying of under ground cable in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling soil in trenches including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal excavated soil not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or passing through pipe 1100 volts grade armoured, heavy duty XLPE electric cable with aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 core including taking down old/ unsv cable any type complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 7 above but 16 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 7 above but 10 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sand river for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable (total 23 cm) in trenches, duly punning to a thickness of 18 cm complete all as specified & directed. ( Note: Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment )

Supply and laying burnt best quality locally available bricks laid in trenches perpendicular to UG cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 40mm bore galvanised steel water tubing, light grade including all fittings laid in trenches/ fixed to pole/ along wall/ floor etc for protection of cable/ strip including fixing to pole with M.S. clamp, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix PVC insulated, 1100 volts grade, stranded aluminium conductor cable 2.5 Sqmm, twin core, connecting from Street light junction box to light fittings including taking down old/ unsv cable any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC conduit/pipes 25 mm dia and fixed with the pole by clamping / saddling for protection of connecting wires, connection from junction box to light fittings, including taking down old pipe any type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair decorative gate / garden light made up of high grade unbreakable polycarbonate material suitable for & including 20 watt LED lamp (B22) fixed with & including stand post of 40mm dia GI pipe light grade, 1 mtr long and making connection with three core copper flexible cable of suitable size to light fitting complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair Energy efficient LED light fittings, 70 Watt, die-cast aluminium body flood light, with power LED and dirver complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair LT AB cable of size 3x35 sqmm ( for phase) and 1x25 sqmm( for neutral) twisted arround the bar messenger of 1x25 sqmm, made out of aluminium stranded circular compacted conductor, XLPE insulated all as per IS: 14255, IS 398 part-IV 7098 part-I including suspension clamp with eye hook at every 35 to 40 mtr span mounted on pole by means of MS clamp complete all as specified and directed. Note: MS clamp suitable for pole for holding suspension clamp shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F street light bracket made out of GI tubing 40mm bore, medium grade, 1.5 metre long bent to shape as directed, including suitable MS clamp of MS Flat with MS bolts, nuts and washer fixed to steel tubular pole/PCC pole duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint including taking down u/s bracket any type all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminum conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed twin core cable flat or circular of size of aluminum conductor 6 sq mm stranded conductor including taking down old UNSV cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for connecting and commissioning of street light fittings 30 watt LED, IP-66 prootection, single piece pressure die cast aluminium housing high grade powder coated finish with heat resistant toughned clear glass cover for lamp and control gear compartment with high voltage surge protection device upto 5KV prewired including 1.6 mtr long 40mm bore light grade GI pipe mounting bracket made to shape with and including MS clamp of F1 40mmx6mm with bolts, nuts and washers and conductor to fitting with 3 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated cable complete all as specified and directed. S&F Earthing in replacement for poles and other machinery/eqpt using GI strip as earth lead and MS galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate is not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strips 32x6mm with GI pipe, nuts, bolts and washers complete upto and PCC pit of required size in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and RCC cover with frame, charcoal, common salt15cm at round the earth plate watering pipe 20mm med grade/galvanized and 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for GI strip protected steel with funnel complete all as specified and directed as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009.

S&F in repair of test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze 75 x 75 x 25mm of 6mm thickness drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head brass screws including box of size 90 x 90 x 90mm made of 1.6mm plain sheet and screwed to wall for protection of test point complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electric & water connection to geyser of capacity 25/35/50 litr, taking down from existing position, dismantling and inspecting all the parts for its serviciability, cleaning of serviceable parts i.e. heating element, base assembly, connecting lead, thermostat, electric contact, electric wiring, indicators, safety valves etc re-fixing in the same in position, testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes: (i) The defective parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A' as supply only (ii) Cost of minor items i.e. screws, nuts, bolts etc shall be deemed to be included in this item

Cleaning of HDPE water storage tank from inside and outside of for smooth and efficient function of system & removing scale/dirt from inlet/outlet pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of thermostat switch suitable for solar water heater of size 150 litre to 300 litre r, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Make and model of thermostat shall be as per sample available at site.

Cleaning of solar collector complete in all respects including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing new generation , energy saving, environmental friendly long life aesthetically designed aluminium landscape luminaire 0.6 mtr height out door type fixed on wall or floor with nut, bolts, eashers or screws and making connection with three core copper flexible cable of suitable size to light fitting fixed in repairs including necessary steel fabricated stand up to 400 mm & PCC work with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.
