Taking down carefully old unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) including unserviceable fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, socket, light fittings etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for providing point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable (maintaining colour code) 1100 volts grade in and including PVC casing caping(medium grade) of adequate size but not less than 20mm in width and 1.2mm thick with all fittings and accessories including 1.6 mm thick mild steel pressed sunken box of suitable size with modular cover plate for mounting switches, sockets, regulators, light fittings etc. complete with all fittings and accessories and fixed to wall/ ceiling including one run 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated flame retardant unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable green in colour for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the followings:-

one light point/ fan point controlled by one 5 Amp one way switches.

One 3/5 pin 5/6 Amps socket outlet point on the same board with other switches.

One 3/5 pin 5/6 Amps socket outlet point on independent board.

One call bell/buzzer point controlled by one push button on the same board with other switches or independent board.
