Dredging the canal for removal of the deposited silt in order to discharge the flood water in to sea during flood season using special machineries like dredger along with cutter section having a minimum capacity of 300 Cum solids per hour which can dredge to a maximum depth of 8.0m and dispose the dredged materials to a maximum distance of 4 Kms on either one of the outer slope of river banks whichever is convenlent as per prevailing site conditions for easy conveyance and including jungle clearance etc., by pumping opertaion along with suitable pipe line & other required accessories with other mechanical devices for the entire stretch to reach the bank.The rates including cost of transportation,mobilization and demobilization of machinery, hire charges,cost of fuel, labour charges for surveying and operation of dredger crew and other related works etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.including providing Sedimentation ponds, Wherever space available, if space not available means steel sedimentaion tanks should be provided as per the direction of the Engineer -in -Charge of work.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with M.sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and spreading sand gravel mix ratio of 1:1 for 15 cm thick over the top of bund and other places as required at site of work including watering and consolidation using power roller, etc, complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and laying of ready mix M25 grade of concrete having charaterstic strength not less than specified in the IS 456 - 2000 using Ordinary portland cement with minimum cement content of 300 Kg / cum confirming to IS 8112. Coarse aggregates having a specific gravity of 2.60 using 20 mm down graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregate without fly ash as per IS 383 - 1970 ( 2007 ) with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 and not exceeding 0.50 of water quality confirming to IS 456 - 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels with specified high workability as per IS 1199 - 1959 ( 2004 ). The initial & final setting time confirming IS 12269 - 1987 ( 2004 ) with maximum temperature of concrete at the time of placing should not exceed 32 0 C. The admixtures affecting the quality and strength of the concrete should not be used and should confirm IS 9103 - 1979 [ usual admixture - Air entraining & water reducing ] including the cost of hire charges for pump and pumping charges to the required locations & levels as specified by the Engineer - in - charge,. laying, compacting, consolidation by using vibrators, finishing, watering, curing, testing charges as per IS 456 - 2000, 4031 - ( Part 3 & 6 ) / 1988 ( 2005 ) & ( Part 2 ) / 1999 ( 2004 ) and 516 / 1959 ( 2004 ), 4926 - 1976 ( 1990 ), mix design details to be got approved before commencement of the work adopting pour card system and other OK cards. Supplying and Paving with Rubber Moulded hydraulically pressed cement concrete paver block of 83 mm of approved quality and colour, over the 10cm sand filling to full depth of slab perfectly and neat finishing the joints, compressing with vibrator. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of paver block, taxes, incidental charges, transportion charges and labour charges for fixing, neat finishing the joints as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification. The paver block should got approved by the departmental officers before use on work.

Painting the new plastered walls with two coats of Exterior emulsion paint (weather proof) first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping clean removal of dirt etc. complete and including necessary plaster paris putty etc. wherever required as per (IS STD) It must provide excellent resistance against the growth of algae and fungi on the walls. And it must offer excellent protection against alkali and UV degradation and the durability period should be 5 years.

Supplying and fixing M.S.Grill gate of required size in two shutters with necessary iron members gun metal cups and wheels 75mm dia. With fittings locking arrangements etc. complete including painting a priming coat of approved primer etc. complete (The design of gate furnished is subject to alteration during execution).
