(Make- Crompton / Usha / Orient/EPC) [BEE star rated] 450 mm Sweep, 1-Ph, 3 Blade, RPM ≤1440, Wattage ≤ 100 Watt, Air Displacement (In CMH) ≥ 5000 Wall Mounting All supplied wall mounted fans shall be delivered, distributed at different buildings/ Sections of the hospital campus as per the instructions of the EIC.

Special Terms and Conditions 1. It is stated that the above work place is existing COVID Hospital, In case of any mishap or accidental to any staff that deputed by the agency the whole responsibility is to be borne by the concern agency. 2. The Agency shall be responsible for provisioning of all COVID safety measures including regular sanitiziation of work places, vaccination of employees and compliance of stated directive and COVID appropriate norms. 3. All the issues related to the safety of the staffs should be taken care by the agency itself. (Defect Libilities period for 01 year from the date of completion of work) (Rate should be quotated including all taxes and duties)
