Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mtrs and depositing where directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mtrs and depositing where directed.

Dismantling of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry or PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mts and depositing where directed.

M&L for PCC Type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix (using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) as foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix (using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) as walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses.

Rough excavation exceeding 1.50 mtr but not exceeding 3.00 mtr deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil.

Excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.50 mtr deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil.

Back filling at retaining walls using approved earth obtaining from excavation, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil. all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC Type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) laid in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc. finishing surfaces of concrete even and rough complete all as specified.

M&L 40 mm thick PCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) laid in flooring surface, finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified.

M&L for 25 mm thick sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for laying interlocking tiles.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade and pointed in coloured cement to match the surfaces.

M&L for chequered cement concrete colour tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry on floors/ steps, over including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in kerb stones including formwork complete all as specified.

M&L for boulder pitching (using undressed quarried stones roughly conforming to specified size of boulders), hand packed tightly and pitching is grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Labour for boulder pitching, hand packed tightly and pitching is grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified. Note: Boulder stone obtained from dismantling shall be reused in this item.
