M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core 4 Sq mm copper conductor FRLS cable, PVC insulated, unsheathed multistanded, 1100 V grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC all accessories such as bend,elbow,socket,tee saddles etc fixed concealed to wall / fixed to ceiling etc including 2.5 Sq mm single core copper conductor FRLS cable PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded 1100 V grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. S & F round shape 6watt, 220V AC, recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holder, LED lamp suitable for ceiling of cat part No HPLLEDRB06(CW) of HPL or equivalent in CG or Philips and including connecting up with twin core twisted copper flexible conductor cable of sutibale size all as directed.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep with rod from ceiling / roof and refixing the same after repairs including rewinding, replacement of gun metal bushes, capacitor etc , plastic canopy , ceiling fan down rod of suitable length, clamps, nuts, washers, rubber bushes, safety pin etc complete including connecting up with 2 core twisted flexible copper conductor 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to fan, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed. Note : Rewinding and ball bearing shall be measured and paid seperately.

Rewinding of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep any type and make, cutting and removing burnt winding wire without damaging stator, removing old insulation of polyester paper, re-winding fan motor with super enameled copper winding wire of same gauge/dia with correct number of turns for auxiliary and main winding, varnishing, baking, soldering new lead of twin core multi-stranded copper conductor cable of size 23/0.0076, assembling and re-fixing, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or unplastered ceiling surfaces and applying 1mm thick Birla white putty finished the surface even and smooth and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.
