(2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25)

• Experience of large conservation/long-term preservation project in last 7 years with work completion Certificate

• HR strength certificate from authorized signatory

• Certification of ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 27001: 2022

• Detailed Technical Solution Document and Presentation including Approach and Methodology, Risk Assessment and Mitigation, Processes etc

• Proposed methodology and program of construction, backed with equipment planning and deployment

• 4.3(j) Litigation History, Information regarding any litigation, current or during the last five years, in which the Bidder is involved, the parties concerned, and disputed amount..
