Taking out of broken door shutter from Almirah Large Steel and re-fixing the same existing door shutters in original position with pin type new steel hinges of existing size duly welded as required including denting . All as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and shown on drawing

Removing the worn out u/s handle from the almirah and providing/fixing of new handle chromium plated heavy duty as approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

Removing the worn out u/s lock from almirah and providing/fixing with new lock 6 lever with deuplicate key ISI marked with round shape of MS key plate as approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE duly fixed as per drawing (Make- Godrej/Link/Bharat).

Removing the worn out u/s 3 way locking device and providing/fixing the new one in its original postion as per drg.

Removing the worn out u/s leg and providing / fixing the new leg made out of MS sheet 1.00mm thick in its original position duly welded as per drg.

Removing the worn out u/s Hanging rod and providing / fixing the new Hanging rod made out of stainless steel in its original position as per drg.

Taking out of u/s worn out shelf and providing the new one of existing size and shape made out of MS sheet 1.00mm thick. All as shown on drg.

Removing the worn out paint from internal/external surface of almirah steel large by scraping. Necessary preparation of surface for painting duly dented/pitted and smoothen the surface and painting the internal and external surface with two coat of synthetic enemalled paint over a coat of primer Metal to bring the surface to a glossy shine as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Remove the unserviceablepre-laminated particle board from both side of head board frame of bed. Supply and fixing with new pre limited particle board on the both side existing & fixing head board (Size of Board : 610mm x 230mm) (Make : Archid/Green ply)

All as per item No 3.01 here-in-before but for foot board. Size of Board shall be 610mm x300mm.

Remove the existing unserviceable ply wood from bed and supply and fixing with new plywood 12mm thick BWR IS-303

All as per item No 1.08 here-in-before but for bed hard.

Repair/Re-canning of Chair Varandah (FD-256)

Remove of old caning from the steel frame of chair varandah and reconditioning the frame by means of welding wherever required to bring it in original shape as per drg.

Remove the existing canning and supply and weave with 2mm thick new white plastic cane oval shape godrej patern and beading with 4mm thick new white plastic cane as apporeved by GE.

Removing of old u/s rubber/PVC shoes from Chair Verandah & S/F new rubber shoes of apporoved quality & fixed at the bottom of legs of Chair Verandah

De-rusting/cleaning the iron frame to smooth surface and painting all steel surface with two coat of synthetic enameled white paint over a coat of red oxide primer to bring the surface with glossy finish and re-caning the same with 4mm white plastic cane Make-Ajoy/Primer oval shape as approved by Garrison Engineer as per drg and providing the new rubber shoe complete.

Repair/Re-canning of Chair Dinning ( FD-279 ) Remove of existing unserviceable under mentioned members and providing the new one made out of 1st class HW well seasoned (Teak) and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.

(k) Preparation of surface by Remove of existing polishing mark scratches from all exposed wooden surface to make clean and smooth with required grade of sand paper and finish with polish to bring the surface to require glossy finish and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chair Computer ( FD/E6/MAP/01 )

(a) Remove the Unsv and replace by new part for Back frame with Dimensions as shown on drngs. Back shall be of 18/19mm thick hot presed ply wood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. The back frame shall be designed with contour lumber supports for extra conform with PVC lapping all arounds complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Remove the Unsv and replace by new part for Seat frame of size 510x470x60. seat shall be of 18/19mm thick hot presed ply wood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam complete all as specified and directed.

© Remove the Unsv and replace by new part for Hand Rest with Black intergral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert. It shall be scratch and weather resistant complete all as specified and directed

(d) Remove the Unsv and replace by new part for Seat machine with Black intergral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert. It shall be scratch and weather resistant complete all as specified and directed

(e) Remove the Unsv and replace by new part for Hydrolic of Chair Computer and providing/fixing of new Hydrolic as per drawing.

(f) Remove the Unsv and replace by new part for Pedestal assy injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon. A 10.5mm dia forged bright sinc plated MS castor pin is of press fitted into each prong for holding the castor. It is 600mm pitch centre dia complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to Peg Table (FD-277)

(a) Remove the old unserviceable leg and providing the new leg made out of 1st class teak Wood seasoned of size 30x50x362mm high and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.

(b) Remove old broken top rail and providing the new top rail made out of 1st class hardwood teak of size 20mm x 40mm x380mm and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.

(c) Remove the old top and providing the new top made out of 18mm particle board one side laminated exterior grade with 4mm teak wood beading all around and fixing the same on peg table in its original position as per drawing and providing new hard rubber/PVC/Nylon shoes to the bottom of legs. Size of particle board shall be 450mm x 300 mm.

(d) Removing of old u/s rubber/PVC shoes from Peg Table & S/F new rubber shoes of apporoved quality & fixed at the bottom of legs of Peg Table

(e) All as per item No. 5.10 but Peg Table.

Rack Shoe Steel (FD/E6/MAP/02(R)) Removing of old unsv following parts of Rack Shoe Steel & fixing new parts of following:

(a) Replacement of 3mm dia CR Rod of length 300mm

(b) Replacement of worn out / rusted 25mm dia CR Pipe by welding with new parts

(c) Remove the unserviceable back ply from side board and supply & fix new plywood 6mm thick BWR as per existing size all as shown on drg.

(d) Remove the unserviceable shutters from side board and supply & fix new shutters made out of 18mm thick particle board exterior grade one side teak face and loumerical white all as shown on drgs.

(e) Remove the unserviceable shelves from side board and supply & fix new shelves made out of 18mm thick particle board exterior grade one side teak face and loumerical white all as shown on drgs.

(f) Remove of the old unsv existing drawers and supply and fixed new drawers made of 1st class hard seasoned teak wood free from knots duly french polished..

(g ) All as per item No 5.10 here-in-before but for side board.

(h) Removing of old unsv existing top of side board and S&F new top made out of prelaminated particle board one side teak face and other side commercial/balancing white exterior grade with french polished teak wood edging all around .Rest all as directed and as shown on drgs.

Repair to Table Dressing Ladies W/Stool ( FD/MAP/II/07 )

(a) Remove unserviceable shutter and providing the new one of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.

(b) Remove unserviceable back and providing the new one of 18mm thick MDF/pre-laminated particle board and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.

(c) Remove unserviceable top and providing/fixing the new one made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board of size 900x380mm with 4mm thick teak wood beading on front side and fixing the same in its original position.

(d) Remove unserviceable side and providing the new one made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board one side teak face and fixing the same in its original position.

(e) Remove side of drawer and providing the new one of size 330x115mm made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board and fixing the same in its original position.

(l) Remove the wheel of Stool and providing the new and fixing the same in its original position as approved/directed by Garrison Engineer.

(m) Remove the 75 mm 40D Cushion covered of Stool and providing the new and fixing the same in its original position as approved/directed by Garrison Engineer.

(n) Remove the unserviceable stainless steel channel double and replace with new one & fixing the same as per drg.

(o) Remove unserviceable mirror frame from its original position and providing the new frame made out of teak wood well seasoned size 3130x19x25mm and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.

(p) Remove the unserviceable broken mirror and providing the new one of size 1220x365x5.5mm thick Make-Golden Fish/Swastik/Modiguard or as approved by GE/Engineer-in-Charge and fixing the same in its original position.

(q) Remove the ply wood from the back of the mirror and providing the new one made out of 6mm green ply BWR commercial and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.

(c) Remove of unserviceable legs from head board of bed and Supply and fixing with new legs in its original position made out of teak wood. Size of leg shall be 60mmx 60mm x 860mm and all as per drg and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(d) Remove of unserviceable legs from foot board of bed and Supply and fixing with new legs in its original position made out of teak wood. Size of leg shall be 60mmx 60mm x 500mm and all as per drg and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(e) Remove the existing unserviceable long rail and supply and fix new long rail (size : 35mm x 90mm x 1980mm) made out of Teak wood well seasoned and all as shown on drg and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(f) Remove the existing unserviceable ply wood from bed and supply and fixing with new plywood 12mm thick BWR IS-303

(g) Preparation of surface by Remove of existing polishing mark scratches from all exposed wooden surface to make clean and smooth with required grade of sand paper and finish with polish to bring the surface to require glossy finish and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Table Bed Side (MAP ) (FD/MAP-II/15 (R) )

(a) Removing old broken damaged top of Table Bed side and S/F new top made out of 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board one side teak veneered with 19x4mm teak wood beading duly french polished all around the top. here-in-before but for TableBed side

(b) Removing the US handle of table Bed side and providing the new one chromium plated 75 mm ' D' Type as approved/directed by Garrison Engineer and fixing the same in its original position.

© Removing old & u/s Hard rubber / PVC Shoe from Table Bed Side and supply and fixing new hard rubber / PVC Shoe to Table bed side at the bottom of legs complete all as directed & shown on drg.

(d) Remove of the old unsv existing drawers and supply and fixed new drawers made of 1st class hard seasoned teak wood free from knots duly french polished..

(e) Remove of the old unsv existing runner channel and providing the new stainless steel runner channel asapproved/directed by Garrison Engineer and fixing the same in its original position.

(f) Remove the existing MS legs from 650 x 25 x 25 mm and S & F new leg made out of 25mm x 25mm x MS tube 1.6mm aell thickness. All as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as shown on drg.

(g) Removing the US ply wood from the back of the Table bed side MAP and providing the new one made out of 6mm green ply BWR commercial and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.

(h) Tightening of complete steel frame of Table bed side by the help of scew driver or by welding and making functional.

Teapoy verandah MAP (FD/E6/MAP/17) Repairs to the following parts of Teapoy Verandah including Polishing with Two coats of French Polish after necessary preparation of existing surface is match with other parts.

(a) Top made of 18mm thick Pre-laminated Particle Board with PVC edging fixed to M S frame with screw (Self Tapping hardened sheet metal screw)

(b) S & F Hard Rubber Shoe

(c) Painting with two coats of White Paint after necessary preparation of all exposed steel surface of Teapoy Verandah all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Almirah Steel large (FD-1031)

(a) Taking out of broken door shutter from Almirah Large Steel and re-fixing the same existing door shutters in original position with pin type new steel hinges of existing size duly welded as required including denting . All as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and shown on drawing

(b) Removing the worn out u/s handle from the almirah and providing/fixing of new handle chromium plated heavy duty as approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

(c) Removing the worn out u/s lock from almirah and providing/fixing with new lock 6 lever with deuplicate key ISI marked with round shape of MS key plate as approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE duly fixed as per drawing.

(d) Removing the worn out u/s 3 way locking device and providing/fixing the new one in its original postion as per drg.

(e) Removing the worn out u/s leg and providing / fixing the new leg made out of MS sheet 1.00mm thick in its original position duly welded as per drg.

(f) Taking out of u/s worn out shelf and providing the new one of existing size and shape made out of MS sheet 1.00mm thick. All as shown on drg.

(g) Removing the worn out paint from internal/external surface of almirah steel large by scraping. Necessary preparation of surface for painting duly dented/pitted and smoothen the surface by putty and painting the internal and external surface with two coat of synthetic enemalled paint over a coat of primer Metal to bring the surface to a glossy shine as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Almirah Steel Medium (FD- 1032)

(a) All as per item No 1.01 here-in-before but for almirah steel medium.

(a) Remove the existing unserviceable Ply wood from Charpoy GI Pipe and making the frame to its original position by tightening etc and Supply & fixing with new ply wood 12mm thick, commercial, BWR Grade (IS-303) of existing shape & size and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Removing the unserviceable/broken check nuts form GI charpoy & supply and fix 6mm thick GI Medium grade check nuts suitable for 32mm dia GI pipe all as specified and shown on drawings (Each check nut will be measured as single unit)

(c) Removing the unserviceable broken 3 way GI elbow from GI charpoy and S & F 32 mm dia GI medium grade 3 way elbow ISI marked all as specified and shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Each GI Elbow shall be measured as single unit)

(d) Removing the existing unserviceable/broken long rail from GI charpoy and S & F new long rail of GI tubing 32mm including cutting, threading and bringing the GI charpoy into the original shape as shown on drawing and directed by Engr-in- Charge. (Make: TATA/JINDAL).

(e) Making short rails obtained from item No 4.04 above and fixing all as shown on drawing.

(f) Making legs out of unserviceable long/short rails obtained from item 4.04 and 4.05 above including cutting, threading and fixing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chair CB Steel With Arm (FD-75(M))

(a) Removing the worn out paint by scraping from the steel surface, necessary preparation of surface for painting and welding wherever required, two coat of spray painting with synthetic enamelled paint olive green over a coat of Metal primer after dent/bent portion. Wooden surface should be black polish to required glazed and shine.

(b) Removing the worn out u/s seat frame and providing/fixing the new one of existing size made out of 1st class teak wood duly re-caning with new plastic cane 2mm thick oval shape for general weaving and 4mm thick plastic cane for beading all around as show in drg. Wooden frame should be finished with black polish and fix in its original position with required screw(plastic cane type-I HDPE).

(c) All as per item 6.02 here-in-before but back frame.

(d) Removing the worn out u/s handle made out of H.W(T.W) well seasoned and providing/fixing of exisiting size and shape with required screw after finish with black polish.

Chair CB Steel Without Arm (FD-75(M))

Table 900 X900 X 760 mm steel (FD-1009)

(a) Removing of old and unserviceable top of table 900 x900 x760 mm steel and S&F new top made out of 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board (ISI Marked) exterior grade one side teak veneered finish and other side having balancing white lamination with 19 x 4 mm teakwood beading all around the top and polishing the wooden frame shall be with french polish(to the entire satisfaction subject to minimum two coats ) including preparation of surfaces by scrapping /smoothing the surface all specified and shown on drawing .

( b) Painting to steel frame of table 900 x900x 760 mm steel by synthetic enamelled paint(min two coats) olive green colour including preparation of old painted surfaces by scrapping out old dirt staints etc to the entire satisfaction ( painting shall be done by using compressure spray machine)

(c) Electric welding to the broken /dislocated 25 x 25 mm square tube rails of tables 900 x900x 760 mm steel , length of welding exceeding 2.5 cm but not exceeding 5 cm ( each spots measured separately) thickness of metal to be welded not exceeding 6 mm , complete all as directed.

(d) Removing old unserviceable rubber shoes from the legs of 900 x900x 760 mm and S&F new rubber shoes off approved quality and tightly fitted and the bottom of legs all as specified and shown on drawing

Charpoy Hard Top MAP (FD/MAP-II/01)

(a) Remove the existing unserviceable Ply wood from Charpoy ip sq with ply and making the frame to its original position by tightening etc and Supply & fixing with new ply wood 12mm thick, commercial, BWR Grade (IS-303) of existing shape & size and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) All as per item No 1.07 here-in-before but for Charpoy Hard Top MAP

Chair Writing Steel (FD/E6/MAP/12) Replace the following parts of Chair writing Steel as shown in drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge

(a) Seat shall be 12mm thick hot pressed plywood Upholstered with febric and moulded polyurethene foam with PVC lipping all round. The polyurethene foam shall be 50mm thick and shall be moulded with density 50-55 kg per cubic meter thick and hardness 20 kg on humpden machine

(b) Back shall be 12mm thick hot pressed plywood Upholstered with febric and moulded polyurethene foam with PVC lipping all round. The polyurethene foam shall be 50mm thick and shall be moulded with density 50-55 kg per cubic meter thick and hardness 20 kg on humpden machine

(c) Hand rest shall be made of black integral skin polyurethene with 75-85 shore 'A' Hardness & Reinforced with MS insrest. It shall be scratch and wheather Resistant Size 210mm (Inner) and 230mm (Outer)

(d) All as per item No 1.07 here-in-before but for Chair writing Steel.
