Supply, Delivery and storage of horizontal Multi Stage Centrifugal Pumping Machinary with baseplate, flexible coupling, coupling guard, foundation bolt etc. having the following specification and as per NIT. a) Discharge :- 80 M³/Hr, b) Generated Head :- 170 MWC H-Q-P Curve of pumps in test bed has to be submitted during the delivery.

Supply, Delivery and Storage horizontal foot mounted induction motor suitable for the pump duty mentioned above ( item No- 1) with adequate margin as specified in the NIT. Routine test certificate of Induction Motor has to be submitted during delivery.

Supply, delivery and storage at site manually operated CIDF Non-Rising Spindle type 200 mm dia Sluice Valve as per IS : 14846 PN-1.0. and as per detail given in NIT. N.B. : Test Certificate to be produced for each valve. (For SUCTION SIDE OF PUMP)

Supply, delivery and storage at site Ductile Iron. Double Flanged single door swing check 150 mm dia. N.R.V. generally confirming to IS 5312 (Part-I) PN-2.5 and as per detail given in NIT. (Test Certificate, Waranty certificate to be submittered for each valve at the time of delivery) (For DELIVERY SIDE OF PUMP)

Supply, delivery and storage at site of 150 mm dia. Ductile Iron Double Flanged Actuator operated Butterfly Valve generally confirming to BS:5155/IS 13095 and Disc Comforming to IS 1865, PN-2.5 and as per detail given in NIT. (Test Certificate, Waranty certificate to be submittered for each valve at the time of delivery) (For DELIVERY SIDE OF PUMP)

Supply, delivery and storage at site 150 mm dia Ductile Iron Double flanged manually Operated Non-Rising Spindle type Sluice Valve as per IS 14846, PN-2.5. as per detail given in NIT. (Test Certificate, Waranty certificate to be submitted for each valve at the time of delivery) (For COMMON DELIVERY HEADER)

Supply, Delivery & Storage at site of Ductile Iron Tamper Proof Double orifice Air Release Valve IS 14845 : 2000 of DN 50 PN 2.5 rating with isolating DIDF Sluice valve as per relevent IS Standard.

Supply, Delivery and Storage at site burden type glycerine filled pressure gauges 150 mm dia cast Aluminium Dial with , SS internal, DN 15 GI impulse line with three way cock.

Pressure Guages (0 - 30 kg/cm2) .

Compound Guages ( +1 to -1 kg/cm2)

Supply, Delivery and Storage at site of 200 mm dia and 150 mm dia 9.5 mm thick MS ERW pipe(Heavy Duty) (For Suction, Delivery & Delivery Header) along with necessary Bends, Bellmouths, fittings viz. flanges, bolts, nuts, gaskets , eccentric reducers 200 X 125 mm, concentric enlarger 100 X 150 mm etc. as reqd. to make the installation complete in all respect and as per NIT. ( For individual suction,discharge line of pump under Sl no 1 and common delivery header)

Ultrasonic type continuous level Measuring unit with provision of 4-20mA analogue signal, indicator & recorder for continuous level monitoring as well as 5 nos. relay output for sensing high, low, low-low level in suction sump as per specification given in NIT.

Supply, Delivery and storage at site 3 core 1.1 KV Grade 2x 95 Sq. mm. XLPE insulated Cable as per technical specification of NIT. (For MCC Panel to individual Induction Motor) (2 nos. cable pareallel)

Supply, delivery and storeage at site of GI perforated cable tray at Pump house for laying of incoming & outgoing power and control cables to and from MCC Panel having proper M.S. structural support as per NIT specification and direction of EIC.

Earthing protection for Pump motor, Panel and electrical installation as per ISS and IE rules and as per technical specification of NIT. (Earth pit 4 nos )

Supply, delivery and storage at site 2 mm thick CRCA Sheet steel enclosed cubical type indoor floor mounted 415 Volt MCC Cum PDB Panel having required feeders viz. star-delta starters etc. as per NIT specification.

Supply, delivery and storage at site 2 mm thick CRCA Sheet steel enclosed Local Push Button Switch as per NIT specification for the following equipments:

High lift Pumping Machneries.

Supply, delivery and storage at site 2 run x 240 Sq. mm., 3.5 core ,1.1 KV (E) Grade XLPE insulated Al. Armoured Cable as per IS 7098. (for interconnection between Existing panel Bus & New Panel Bus)

Supply Delivery and storage at site Electro-magnetic type in line flow meter of size DN100 with analyser cum display unit located away from flow meter unit with 10 mtr interconnecting suitable size cable as per NIT specification.

Installation of all items mentioned as in (Sl No 1 to 13 and 15 to 18) including construction of Pump foundations, pipe supports, valve supports, laying of cables with necessary jointing materials, earthing arrangement of motors, starters, including supply of all erection items viz. rubber gaskets, nuts & bolts etc., including cost of welding etc. as required for complete installation as per Hydraulic standard & IE rules in compliance with specification of NIT and upto entire satisfaction of EIC.

Testing & Commissioning of the entire installation i.e. Pumps, Motors,valves, Panel etc. as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of E.I.C. (Sl No 1 to 19)

Supply , delivery & Storage at site of floor mountain, steel sheet enclosed 12 KV, 3 ph, 50 Hz, 630 Amp. drawout type indoor outgoing single panel VCB complete with all acessories as per technical specification given in NIT.

Supply, Delivery and storage at site 11 / 0.433 KV,3 Ph,400 KVA, 50 Hz, Dyn - 11,ONAN type outdoor type Copper wound Transformer manufactured as per IS: 2026 and IS: 1180 with Off load tap changer having +5% To -15% in steps of 2.5% and as per technical specification given in NIT.

Supply, delivery and storage at site 185 Sq. mm., 3 core ,11 KV (E) Grade XLPE insulated Al. Armoured Cable as per IS 7098. (From VCB to TRANSFORMER)

Supply, Delivery and storage at site 31/2 core 1.1 KV Grade 2X 240 sq. mm. XLPE insulated Al. Armoured Cable as per technical specification of NIT. ( For Feeding Power from Transformer secondary to incomer of PDB cum MCC Panel .)

Supply, delivery and storage at site of following cable termination kits for Sub-Station. a) Indoor type heat shrinkable termination kit for 3 Core, 185 sq mm 11 KV (E) XLPE cable.

Supply, delivery at site and storeage of ladder type cable tray for laying of power cable and G.I Perforated cable tray for laying of control cable at Sub-Station having proper M.S. structural support.

Earthing & lightening protection for substation installation as per ISS and IE rules and as per technical specification of NIT.

Supply delivery at site and storage of safety equipment like 9 kg capacity Fire Extinguisher , sand bucket with bracket , rubber mats, shock treatment chart and first aid box, 11000 volt danger board complete as per specification of NIT.

Providing M.S. angle & removable 8mm thick chequered plate over the open portion of the cable trench in the substation/electrical room after installation of the equipment as per diection of EIC & with a provision of lifting lug over the MS chequered plate at the head works.

Installation of all items mentioned in Sl no 1 to 6, 8 &9 including supply of all erection items, as required for installation of Transformer, PDB Panel including necessary, painting, jointing of cables, Heat shrinkable cable jointing materials, termination by suitable rated sockets, all complete as per relevent IE Rules with the entire satisfaction of EIC. (Sl No 21 to 29 except 27)

High pressure testing of the Sub-Station including relevant testing of 11 KV cable, earthing etc. by approved agency of Directorate of Electricity, Govt. of West Bengal as per direction to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Commissioning of the entire installation i.e. Indoor type sub-station ( 1 X 11 / 0.433 KV, 315 KVA) , Panel, etc. as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of E.I.C. (Sl No 21 to 29 )

Trial run of above all installation including electric supervisor for 30 days.
