Dismantling roof tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as speified & directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thicknes, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only or part thereof) complete all as speified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 (Type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate) levelling course average thick 40 mm, to match the undulations of roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound of approved make over RCC roof slab/concrete surface/brick tiles and vertical surface, finished even and smooth by using steel trowel complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.)

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms /sqm) laid over primed surface including bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 ltr/Sqm by forced application method complete all as specified and directed and described as under. Four course roof treatment consists of as under :- (a) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Ltr per sqm. (b) Laying of APP based membrane as specified thickness and weight. (c) Applying one coat of bitumin grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm. (d) Applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 200ml/sqm. Note :- APP membrane work shall be excuted by athorised applicator of APP as approved by GE.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid and beeded and pointed any cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 20 mm thick screed beed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed over and including provision of 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel / composite / UPVC tubing and connection from any position concealed / exposed including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm dia steel water GI tube medium grade with all fittings / connections & MS clamps / clips and necessary screwing as reqd and fixed with or without concealed to walls & surface of roof slab with and including making good to required surfaces by using white cement complete all as specified and directed.
