Disconneting and taking down the street light fitting from the pole and repair of street light fitting of any type, capacity & make by replacement of spare parts & making the fitting functional and refixing after repairs all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Spare parts/accessories required to be replace shall be measured and paid seperately as "Supply only" under the relevent items.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated & FR PVC round sheathed, copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm cable 1100 Volts grade (ISI marked), conforming to IS: 694 from street light feeder/junction box to street light fitting complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated & sheathed twin core stranded aluminium conductor 4 Sqmm cable 1100 Volts grade (ISI marked) from street light feeder/junction box to street light fitting all as directed.

Dismantling and taking down the street light fitting from the existing pole and fixing only LED street light fitting of any type, capacity & making the fitting functional complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - The LED Street light fitting shall be issued under Schedule ‘B’ free for fixing only.

S & F mounting bracket (suitable for fixing/holding street/security light fittings) fabricated out of GI tubing 40 mm bore light grade not less than 1.5m long made to shape at required angle & including 2 Nos flat iron clamp 50x6mm to be tightened with 4 Nos nut & bolts, washers of suitable size mounted on pole and including taking down old unserviceable mounting brackets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs decorative gate light made upof high grade unbreakable (Mushroom Prismatic) Polycarbonate material with 10 W LED lamp, B22 base and connecting up including taking down old unserviceable light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Junction box made out of one piece moulded SMC IP 65 protection of size 300mm x 200mm x 100mm with hinged door and locking arrangement & including aluminium bus bar of rating 100 Amps single phase and neutral, including one No MCB SP 6 Amps and cable entry from bottom, fixing on pole with MS flat of size 25x3mm with nut bolts, front openable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs automatic street light switch using infrared sensor based nature switch for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on Natural light lux level. Required illuminance level for switching ON is ≤ 30 Lux and for switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min 4 hours to max 12 hours. Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty LT under ground electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified. Note :- Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete including taking down old unserviceable pipe with clamps. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trench less technology using ultra sound technique & necessary machine including suitable HDPE pipe of 80mm outer dia for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of poles/struts, stays, laying of cables, pipes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

M & L for dry sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M & L for brick work with FLY ASH BRICKS {As per IS-13757 (1993) burnt clay fly ash building bricks}, (OLD SIZE BRICKS) with width equal to the length of the brick laid dry & flat abutted with each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc 10 mm over UG cable for protection including taking down old unserviceable bricks complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position as in coping / pedestales of pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping/pedestal of poles including providing necessary formwork for fair finished exposed concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to street light panels by replacement of unserviceable spare parts/accessories and making the fitting functional and setting of timer including dismantling of unserviceable parts. Note : Spare parts/accessories required to be replace shall be measured and paid seperately as "Supply only" under the relevent items.
