Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Precast cement concrete type-C-1 block masonary with solid blocks 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified. and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking outjoints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 12mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surface and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pillasters etc. and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over and including one coat of chalk whiting preparatory to distempering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2(12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in floor or similar works complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 22-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar ( 1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar ( 1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.11 and n.exc 0.18 Sqm in floors etc over 15mm screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.06 and n.exc 0.11 Sqm in floors etc over 15mm screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:3) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 20mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Glazed coloured elevation ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x200x 7mm thick over 15mm redering on backing of verticles tiles in Cement Mortar (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 0.63mm thick, galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with self tapping screw or L-type or J-type or crancked hook bolts and washers as in roofs, walls etc, with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item no. 20.00 above but except sheeting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide primer over 10 cm width/girth including filling with filler where reqd complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel lmm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of health faucet (ABS body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
