Dismantaling floor hearth or wall tiling/china moisac including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 x 300 x 6 to 7 mm,450x350 or 350x250 6 to 7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting/dado etc. ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile with fixced over and including rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 finished rough to fix tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic tiles 300mmx200mm x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces of walls ( DADO) etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match ( in patches to match the existing colour /shed) fixced over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 etc all as specified & directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick square/ rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match, laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match ( in patches to match the existing colour /shed) over and including screed bed 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 all as directed.

M&L for Machine cut Cudappha stone slab on cooking platform/shelf 20-25mm thick over and including cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing etc all complete

M&L for rounding to edges of granite stone slabs one edge such as in counter type WHB platform etc. to the entire satsfaction of Engineer-in-Charge..

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection finishing even & fair without using extra cement laid in bays with construction, 6mm thick joints should be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 80/100 gde and three part of sand ( all by weight) complete.

Demolition of brick work as in walls/parapet wall removing grass fungus weed, roots of trees completely, grown on roof/wall surfaces .
