Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide, not exc. 1.5 m in depth; for laying of cables etc not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out , trimming sides, forming bottom surface to required level complete in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick as in soils all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing of new sub class 'B' bricks, old size 230x115x75 mm, well burnt ,laid flat, dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Screening excavated earth (passing through 12 mm square mesh), laying riddled earth in trenches for cable protection, under and above Cable all as specified in SSR Part - I (Clause No 19.75) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness of riddled earth of 18 cm will be measured and paid.

Taking out from trenches or wall/ pole or pipe, cable LT 1100 volts, grade heavy duty , armoured with steel strip of wire , with stranded aluminium conductor of any size upto 25 Sqmm , any core , for rectification of faults or replacement. Seggregating serviceable cable and unserviceable lenght by meggering or any other suitable recommended method. Removing unserviceable from site and keeping aside serviceable for reuse at same location or any other location under AGE E/M (West) all as per requirement at site and directed. (Earth work will be measured and paid separately under respective item).

Seggregation of faulty span by meggering and making span serviceable by repair of cable or replacement of cable. Note : Item No 6 to 8 1. Detection of one fault in faulty span will be measured as Each Job. 2. Earth work and taking out will be measured seperately. 3. Material for repair and replacement will be measured saperately.

PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles/plinth blocks of HT poles etc including fair finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation of pole / stay including form work etc.

Scraping of old paint from the steel tubular pole 9 metres height with out removing accessories and preparation of surfaces for repainting and repainting the pole with one coat of alternative Black and Yellow strips of 30 cm each upto 1.5 mtr height using synthetic enamell paint . Marking the pole No with black enamel paint over yellow circle of dia 100mm . Repainting the remaining pole and iron parts i.e U clamps, channels etc above 1.5 mtr height by applying one coat of aluminium paint all as required at site or directed.

Repair and replacement of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer.

Supply and fix sheet moulding compound (SMC) chequered plates 2.5mm thick for trench covers, cut to size all as required at site or directed. Make Sintex/Denson

S&F in replacement Double Door vertical type DB ,Triple poleand Neutral, 4 Way 415 Volt suitable for MCCB up to 250 Amps as incomer with suitable manufactureres rated Bus Bar, IP 43 protection, isolated neutral bus bar, mechanical impact strength IK 09, door earthing, insulated busbar assembly including necessary dummy plate complete all as required Note : MCCB shall be measured and paid separately.
