IEDs for 11 KV Control Panels. Communication Protocol IEC 61850 Relays shall conform to the requirements of IS : 3231/IEC 60255/IEC 61000 or other applicable standards (IED to have OC and EF protection features built-in, to detect these kind of faults. Further, each IED shall capture all the identified IO signals of respective bay at 11 kV level and communicate the same to RTDAS software at Data center through an FRTU) **

Retrofitting of 11 KV Panels to ensure that all the IO points required for RTDAS solution are available for termination with FRTU **

Providing of independent earthing points at substations where in the existing values are not within the defined normal ranges for error free operation of the FRTU’s and networking equipment. **

Facility Management Services for a period of one year after declaration of Enterprise Go Live for all the towns

Note: 1) * Prices quoted for Equipments to be supplied, installed, commissioned and integrated should technically and functionally conform to the technical specifications given under Section VII of the SBD and includes all components specified therein. 2) ** Payment shall be made for SITC of IED's, retrofitting of Panels and earthing of Substations for only those panels/substations/towns which are identified in the survey to be conducted by the contractor for requirement of these works post issuance of LOA. The quantities specified herewith are indicative only. Variation in these shall not fall within the 25% quantity variation clause of the SBD. 3) Price quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes and duties, freight, insurance etc and the following a) Survey ,Supply , instllation , erection testing, commisssioning , project mangament , training of hardware and software of RT-DAS b) Installation would include installation and commissioning of additional components supplied and any Software modification/Customisation charges along with integration with all associated existing hardware and Software like Application software, Operating Systems, Antivirus, EMS/NMS, IDS, firewalls etc. as per requirement and relevant technical specification 4) Existing infrastructue / Equipment at DC including space, AC, supply , furniture , fire protection ,Firewall , Cyber security, Printers, Mass storage , networking devices , RDBMS etc will be used in RT-DAS system. The BOQ will be evaluated item-Wise and the lowest of the lowest rates will be accepted for negotiation.
