M&L for glazed ceramic joint free coloured of size 600mmx300mmx7 to 8mm thick, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado laid over & including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade /colour of tiles complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) light shade, polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No.11 above but in dado / skirting laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 -ditto-

M&L for applying evenly two coats of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 Kg/Sqm in each coat over vertical surfaces and floors of sunken floors of toilet including cleaning of surfaces complete all as specified & directed..

M&L for PCC 1:7:12, type F2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in filling (sunken portion) complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for 20 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with incl WPC @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified & directed. Note:-WPC shall be measured and paid separately.
