The whole assembly works shall be done with good quality welding work. Painting with 2 or more coats of enamel paint of approved brand and shade including one coat of Red oxide shall be done. A plate made of 255WG thick MS sheet 40x20cm shall have to be fixed on each tree guard including painting with enamel paint two or more coats and writing with enamel paint uxj fodkl U;kl vyoj
