Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting Rank vegetation grass bushes shrubs etc complete

Providin, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)

Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision)

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work (4th Revision).

Providin & laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment, roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) Page -169 item - 45

Providin & laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concret with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment, roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) Page -175 item - 47

Supplying & filling moorum of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC-67-2012 made of Class B retro-reflective sheeting of high intensity & high intensity prismatic grade sheeting of encapsulated lens type vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2.00 mm thick or A.C.P. (Aluminium composite panel) used for sign boards with a thermoplastic core of low excavation, curing etc. complete, under supervision of Engineer-in-Charge.
