WALL – The walls of the cold room shall be constructed using panels that are 60 mm thick and made with PUF (Polyurethane Foam) insulation. The PUF used will have a density of approximately 40 kg per cubic metre (±40kg/CUM), ensuring optimal insulation performance. Both the exterior and interior surfaces of these panels will be lined with pre-coated galvanised iron (GI), providing enhanced durability and resistance to corrosion...............minimising gaps and improving the thermal efficiency of the cold room... including price of erection.

The Cold Room Roof will also be constructed with Puf Panels, having the same specification as above...including price of erection

The PUF Panel structure shall be provided with U channels, Internal and external flashing, Silicon Sealants, Rivets, Nuts, Bolts, etc.

Prefabricated PCGI lamination with PUF insulation swing door (750 x 1800 mm), 60 mm thick for the cold rooms. The specification will be the same for the wall and the roof. Refrigeration The R-134a condensing unit shall consist of a scroll-type compressor (at least 13 CUM/hr swept volume at 2900 RPM), an air-cooled, aluminium finned copper pipe condenser (0.375” O.D., 24 SWG copper tube & 34 SWG aluminium finned @ 12 FPI, 20 pipes high x 3 row deep x 24” long). The coil height shall be 21”. The air cooling or indoor unit is designed with an evaporator coil comprising aluminium fins and copper pipes. There shall be a composite Control Panel for the Cold Storage Refrigeration Units that will also display & provide for setting the temperatures in every cold chamber, Power distribution…...........III) Ammeter, voltmeter with selector switch. Refrigeration Piping & Pipe Insulation: 2 sets for each chamber.
