SPL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF BER PUMPS, TRANSFORMERS AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN SHILLONG UNDER GE SHILLONG

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of double wound copper transformer step down, outdoor type complete with standard fittings, primary voltage HT 11000 Volts and secondary voltage LT 433 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire with frequency 50 Hz. Provided with 5 Nos of off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within range of +7.5% in steps of 2.5% (with off load manual tap changer), star delta connections with vector group of DYN 11, Impedance of not more than 5% and including PCC Foundation, first filling of transformer oil as per IS:335 and colour coating with one coat of primer and two coats of BS grey colour. Energy efficiency all as per IS:1180, level - 2 of capacity 100 KVA with the following accessories:- (a) Rating and Terminal marking plate- one (b) Body Earthing Terminal- Two (c) Lifting Lugs- Two (d) Drain valve with Blanking plate - One (e) Filter Valve with blanking plate- One (f) Conservator-One (g) Oil Level indicator with minimum, optimum and maximum marking (h) Dyhydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel) -One (j) Air Release device - One (k) Thermometer Pocket-One (l) Pressure relief valve and explosion vent - One (m) Roller unidirectional - Four (n) Proper cable termination at both primary and secondary side (o) Separate Brought out Neutral Terminal at star point of secondary side (p) Off Circuit Tap Changer (q) Oil temperature gauge (r) Suitable foundation/ platform of height upto 1.5 mtr for mounting of transformer as per manufacturer's recommendation.

Note :- (a) Factory inspection and factory testing of the transformer shall be done by the rep of Accepting Officer. Necessary arrangement for factory inspection and testing to be done by the contractor. Rates for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (b) Contractor should submit the drawing of the transformer based on the IS and Energy level mentioned in BOQ and take necessary approval from GE before finalising order to the manufacturer. (c) Pre-commissioning test after installation at site to be conducted by rep of Accepting Officer. Necessary testing arrangement to be done by contractor. (d) The contractor should submit test certificate from manufacturer.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metres below the ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip of 32 x 6 mm earth lead by means of by means of bolts and nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised steel, earth strip protected by and including GI pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) and connected to main test point as directed and including concrete pit using PCC (1:3:6) Type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:1.5:3) Type A1 cover slab of size 40 x 40 x 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia MS bar @ 150 mm C/C both ways with one handle for lifting, made out of 8 mm dia MS bar embedded in pre-cast cover slab, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore galvanised or steel pipe (Light grade) for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Shifting of BER Transformer of any size/type from existing location to AGE E/M store yard including dismantling all electrical and earthing connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 100 HP split case multistage centrifugal pump set of motor head-110 Mtr, pump discharge 135000 LPH complete all specified and as directed with bronze impeller including Base frame, foundation bolts and all other standard accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Star delta Starter fully automatic suitable for 415V AC complete for 125 HP Motor all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead buried in ground or drawn through pipes or fixed to wall or poles or any other situation for loop earthing etc including dismantling old unserviceable strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire, heavy duty, underground with stranded aluminum conductor 120 sqmm 3.5 Core, 1100 Volts grade laid in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix pressed steel plate of size 1.30m x 1.25m x 5/6mm thick suitable for pressed steel over head tank upto 15m height staging as per existing one (top, bottom and side of the tank) including provision of all necessary nuts and bolts with washers and jointing materials such as good quality rubber gasket, lead wool wire, black putty etc. to make the joints leak proof including arc welding if necessary complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs structural mild steel joist, channel, angle or 'Tee' section including cutting, drilling, fabrication, etc. to required length as in staging for water tank (upto 15m height staging) and connected works conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-250) quality-A including welding or screwing with nuts, bolts and washers including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of black bituminous (lead free) paint over a coat of red oxide primer (suitable for drinking water) to pressed steel overhead tank (internally) upto 15m height staging above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new/old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chrome primer to pressed steel overhead tank (externally) upto 15m height staging above ground level complete all as specified and directed.
