Supply erection and Commissioning 5 KLD Effluent Treatment Plant floor mounted with antifrictin shielded ball bearing on end. The alternator confirms to IS 4722,BS EN 60034-1 Suitable for tropical conditions. PCC foundation for ETP set all as per manufacturer recommendation or required at site or directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes 25 mm bore SDR 7.4 (PN 16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stabilized for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polyproplene random fittings fixed complete to wall, ceiling or in trenches all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes 25mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying of cables,pole foundation,stays etc and getting out in soft loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 500 Ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix vertical distribution board iron clad, double door with IP-43 1K-09 protection suitable for MCCB as incommer and MCB SPN as outgoing 415 Volts 3 phase 50 C/S 4 way, complete with appropriate size copper bus bar and neutral link confirming to cat pt No 607790 of Legrand or equivalent of make Hager / Merlin Gerin multi-9 complete including cutting chases to wall for fixing DB and making good the disturbed wall surface all as required at site or directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCCB 3 pole 415 Volts, 125 Amps rating with rupturing cap 16 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fixing or passing through pipe, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or fixed to LT panel board, XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor, 1100 volts grade, heavy duty cable served with inner sheathing of PVC tape, armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed of size 10 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as specified and as directed.
