Requiredii) Enlistment Order of the Contractor of CPWD in appropriate Category and valid on the date of opening of tender

Requirediii) Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer of CPWD (Format of deposition receipt should be as per Annexure-A of this NIT

Requirediv) GST registration certificate, if already obtained by the bidder

Requiredv) Should have valid (THROUGH OUT THE CONTRACT PERIOD WITH OUT ANY LAPSE) Electrical license of Eligible class issued by Karnataka State electrical inspectorate/licensing board in the name of contractor or an undertaking that they will either obtain valid electrical license at the time of execution of electrical work or associate contractors having valid electrical license of eligible class for execution of all electrical works

Requiredvi) Should have valid labour license (THROUGH OUT THE CONTRACT PERIOD WITH OUT ANY LAPSE) suitable for executing the works in the state of Karnataka, the contractors from other than Karnataka state shall Upload an undertaking that they will apply for the same immediately after award of the work

Requiredvii) Copy of ERP TRAINING CERTIFICATE issued through LMS (LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) module in ERP
