Providing and Laying of WBM GII with sp. Stone aggregate of 63-45 mm size incl. stone screenings of size 13.20 mm and binding material (dust/morum) incl. stacking, sorting, spreading to template, watering and consolidation with PRR of 08-10 Topn capacity incl. cost and carriages of all materials/ equipments with loading and unloading all complete.

Providing and Laying of 75 mm Thick ( avg.) compacted Wet Mix on prepared Sub-grade/sub-base with crushed stone aggregate of specified grading as per clause 406 of IRC MORTH specifications incl. mixing of crushed material with predetermined qty of water to form dense mass which is spread and rolled with vibratory roller of 08-10 ton capacity to achieve the required density to approved lines, grades and cross sections incl. cost and carrioages of all materials involved with loading and unloading all complete.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade – VG-10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications. On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg/sqm.

Providing and Laying of 50 mm Thick Compacted Bituminous Macadam Base Course with stone agg. of quality size and grading aspecified in CPWD specifications using VG 10 grade bitumin @ 3.5% by weight of total mix incl. hot mixing of agg. and bitumin in Hot Mix Plant, Transporting the Mixed Material from plant to the site and laying the same with Paver Finisher to the requiored level and grade , rolling with PRR of 08-10 ton capacity to achieve the required compaction and density incl. cost and carriages of all materials involved complete.Prepred in drum type hot mix plant of 60-90 TPH Capacity.

Providing and Laying of 25 mm Thick Compacted Bituminous Concrete surfacing using agg. satisfying the gradation set out in the specification using VG 10 grade bitumin @ 5% by weight of total mix of road surface incl. hot mixing of agg. and bitumin in Hot Mix Plant, Transporting the Mixed Material from plant to the site and laying the same with Paver Finisher to the requiored level and grade , rolling with PRR of 08-10 ton capacity to achieve the required compaction and density incl. cost and carriages of all materials involved complete.
