Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, Fan, Socket or power) fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc complete removing material to store for keeping in safe custody and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc as per existing and all as specified as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from the boards/outlets boxes fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets ceiling, rose, lamp holders, tube light fittings, regulators etc and making good of disturbed surfaces as per existing and all as specified as directed.

Taking down of existing old unserviceable submain wiring from conduit , wall, ceiling of any height complete all as specified and as directed and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc as per existing and all as specified as directed.

Taking down of existing old unserviceable distribution box including MCB/MCCB complete all as specified and as directed and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc as per existing and all as specified as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed single core FRLSH copper cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor in and including cutting of chases to lay PVC rigid concealed conduit (medium grade), exposed to surface wherever required including conduit as specified and making good to surface by using CM 1:3, and using of wall finish paint to match the existing surface, as specified including all fittings and conduit accessories also complete including PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH single core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for one light/fan point controlled by one, one way switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Cost for cutting chases and making good to match the existing surface shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

All as per item No 2 here in before but using 2.5 sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed, flame retardant low smoke ( FRLSH ) cable for 1 5 Amp socket outlet on independent board including 2.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable of green colour as continuous earth wire with lugs etc including taking down of old u/s wiring required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Modular switch, one way 6 Amps , 1 module complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Modular socket, 2/3 pin 6 Amps , 2 module complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Modular switch, one way 16 Amps , 1 module complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Modular socket, 2/3 pin 6/16 Amps , 2 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of Ceiling Rose, 3 phase polycarbonate isolated body complete all as specified & directed by Engineer - In-Charge.

S&F steped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Modular White cover plate with frame for 1/2 module alongwith metal flush box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Modular White cover plate with frame for 3 module alongwith metal flush box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Modular White cover plate with frame for 6/ 8 module alongwith metal flush box complete all as specified and directed.

S&F submain wiring with unsheathed multi-stranded FR Grade copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in and including PVC rigid conduit medium grade of not less than 25mm dia with conduit accessories and concealed in wall/surface of ceiling for two runs of 4 Sqmm single core HR Grade and one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor for earth continuity wire between main DB to Sub main DB/ AC plug points complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Two run of single core cable with one run of earth continuity conductor and PVC conduit and accessories will be measured as one length including cutting chasing in wall complete. Note: Rates are deemed to be included for chases of conduit and sunking for boxes cutting and making holes and making good to surfaces in wall/floor for passing in or through conduit.

S&F in replacement to old conventional tubelights, 40/42 Watt (+/- 5%) LED recess mounting fitting(2' x 2') CRCA powder coated having polycarbonate diffuser powedered by independent electronic LED driver haing IP 20 protection,CCT 6000 K,230/240 VAC,lumen efficacy > 140 lm/w including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement 40/42 Watt (+/- 5%) LED surface mounted fitting(2' x 2') CRCA powder coated having polycarbonate diffuser powedered by independent electronic LED driver haing IP 20 protection,CCT 6000 K,230/240 VAC,lumen efficacy > 140 lm/w including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size all as specified and as directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of factory made epoxy polyster powder coated distribution board SP&N 4 way fabricated from minimum 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet with single door (IP-43 protection) fixed flush to wall and standard DIN rail, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, suitable for one incoming and 4 outgoings complete all as specified and confirming to IS: 8623 (Make: Legrand /Siemens). Note: Cutting on wall and taking out old one and then flushing new DB and making all the connection as before and any accessories required to fix the DB including making good the disturbed surface is deemed to be included in quoted rate. Make: Legrand /Siemens/Schneider.

Supply and fixing factory made epoxy polyster powder coated VTPN distribution board Triple pole MCB 12 way 415V fabricated from minimum 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet with double door (IP-43 protection) fixed flush to wall and standard DIN rail, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, provision for 125 Amps MCCB as one incommer and 12 outgoings triple pole MCB with 2 Neutral bar, 2 Earthbar, Fully insulated busbar rated capacity above 160Amp, shrouded Neutral bars and cable ties for cable management complete all as specified and confirming to IEC 61439-3,Reversible door IP 43 & IP 54. Make: Legrand /Siemens/Schneider. Note: Cutting on wall and taking out old one and then flushing new DB and making all the connection as before and any accessories required to fix the DB including making good the disturbed surface is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and installation hi wall split units indoor/outdoor 2 TR capacity complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2. complete with copper tubing upto 10 m length, nitrile insulated complete all as per requirement of length and angle iron bracket fabricated out of 40x40x5mm angle iron for installation of outdoor unit , including making hole in existing wall for copper suction and discharge pipe complete all as specified and directed .

S&F nylon braided PVC pipe of size 20mm dia outer suitabel for split AC drain including fixing accessories such as claps scews rawl plugs etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for suctionand discharge copper tubing of size 1/2 inch and 1/4 inch dia and 0.5mm thickness from indoor unit to outdoor unit of split type AC 2 TR capacity including soldering and braizing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Suction and discharge copper tubing together wil be measured as one unit of running metre.

All as per item No 34 above but copper tubing size 5/8 inch and 3/8 inch dia and 0.5mm thickness

M&L for insulating the suction and discharge copper tubing from in door unit to outdoor unit of split type Acs of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR capacity with neoprene foam sleeves incuding sealing by applying adhesive tape fo brown or white colour to avoid minimum contact with atmosphere complete all as specified and directed

Cutting chases, pining in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc ; and cutting chases for concealed conduit wiring, etc and making good, cutting exceeding 10 cm but not exceeding 20 cm girth and 5 cm width complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing galvanized iron water tubing medium grade of size 15 mm bore in walls and ceilings or laid in floors , including provision of all necessary ISI marked GI fittings / accessories complete all as specified and directed.
