S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.5mm thickness, of colour as approved by GE, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall, etc, fixed with & including self tapping screws on angle frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.5mm thickness, of colour as approved by GE, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, etc, fixed with & including self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel sections conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality -A as in roof trusses (framed) and trussed purlins including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment with the following specifications including taking down existing roof treatment of any description and cleaning with water and scrubbing and disposing off the rubbish outside the premises, complete all as specified and as per manufacturers instructions:- (i) Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compouund @ 3% by weitht of cement as leveling course (ii) Apply a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.3 ltr per sqm. (iii) Laying APP membrane (STP Aquashield or equivalent) weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) with 100mm over laps both longitudinally and transversally and overlaps shall be sealed by torch, membrane shall be taken to the parapet through fillet and shall be tucked in inside after a height of 300 mm. (iv) Apply one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm over the membrane. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors, etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles with & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F coloured glazed ceramic tiles 450mm x 300mm x 7 to 8mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting & dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with surfaces etc including backing coat in cement mortar 1:3, 10 mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for granite slab 20 mm thick as in platforms, bedded 15mm thick ,in cement mortor 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material & labour for designer coloured chequred cement concrete tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 25mm with jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match the shade including screed bed 20mm in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from wall/ceiling including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two coats on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces; first coat (rendering coat) of 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1: 6 and second coat (finishing coat) of 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1: 4 mixed with water proofing compound (water proofing compound to be measured separately as supply only) and finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for application of high build polymer modified cement mortar (1:2.5) mixed with 3 kg SBR per bag of cement in ceiling surfaces 10 to 20mm thick in two layers surfaces over a coat of bonding agent Nito Bond SBR (1 Ltr SBR + 1 Ltr) water + 3 kg cement), complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for removing loose and broken concrete by chiselling /picking etc upto a depth of 50 to 100 mm from columns, beams and similar structural members cutting edges cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brushes etc to remove dust, dirt and other foreign complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for applying one coat of anti corrossive primer @ 0.25 Lit/Sqm for the steel area to exposed old and new reinforcement to the full circumfrance and length of bars to form unbroken 40 Micron thick film all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for applying one coat epoxy bonding agent @ 2.6 sqm/lit or as per manufactures instruction to old concrete surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge to surfaces of columns, beams and similar structural members complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste off fair finished flat Form work to RCC columns, posts and similar items including edges complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for non shrink, cementitous micro concrete mixed with 12.5 graded stone aggregate using Renderoc RG or equivalent as approved by GE (18 Kg Aggregate : 25 Kg Renderoc RG) respectively (as per manufatures instruction) laid in average thickness 50 to 100 mm in situ completee all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for spraying curing compound as per manufactures instruction on freshly cast concrete surfaces all as specified. Make : Concure WB white of Fosroc or equivalent as approved by GE.

Demolition of RCC in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs, mud stops or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable exhaust fan 300 mm sweep by disconnecting the electric power supply, unscrewing the bolts and nuts, removing the blades and transporting to workshop to undertake repairs for rewinding of burnt out winding using suitable gauge copper wire, replalcement of worn out capacitor 4.0 mfd - 01 No and bearing including scrapping of old paint and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete and refixing back at site complete all as directed.

M & L in repairs for sub main wiring complete with two runs of 6 Sqmm FRLS single core PVC insulated unsheathed single core cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded with copper conductor (ISI Marked) drawn through and including PVC Casing and caping and all accessories fixed to wall/ roofs/ floors etc with one run of 6 sqmm FRLS single core multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor, including dismantling unserviceable sub main wiring including accessories,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (1) Two runs of cable one run of casing caping & one run of earth continuity conductor shall be measured as one running metre.

supply & Lay XLPE insulated, heavy duty 1100 volt grade electric armoured LT UG cable with aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 Core in trenches/along the wall/including making all connections, saddles, spacers including scaffolding if any required for saddling the cable in walls of building of height up to 25 meter, complete with aluminium lugs as required at site and as directed.

Supply & lay cable protection pipe of HDPE double wall corrugated (DWC) incl couplers,bends etc of size 50 mm OD and ID 38mm confirming to IS 14930 -II and ISI Marked all specified and directed.

Supply and fix 25 mm bore GI tubing medium grade laid in trenches / floor or fixed to wall in any length with screwed and socket joints together with all galvanised GI fitting such as sockets, bends, elbows, tees, reducers, unions, jointing materials etc and pressure testing, washing out complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 40 mm bore GI tubing medium grade laid in trenches / floor or fixed to wall in any length with screwed and socket joints together with all galvanised GI fitting such as sockets, bends, elbows, tees, reducers, unions, jointing materials etc and pressure testing, washing out complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 25 mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cutting existing 40mm GI line and making branch connection of 25 mm dia GI line including fittings required for connection complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 25 mm bore Gun Metal gate valve with iron wheel head ISI Marked screwed both ends suitable for GI tubing complete all as specifed and directed
