Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for trench of cable/foundation of pole and stay etc and getting out in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per above serial Item No 01 above but depth exceeding beyond 1.5mtr and not exc 3 metre all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches spreading and consolidation 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm of the sand after laying the cable but will be measured 18 cm after punning etc complete as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced pre-cast concrete cable cover class HVP Type I with peak size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for well burnt bricks,Sub class 'B' bricks, best quality locally available laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling ACSR conductor of any size from LT pole and setting a side the serviceable quantity for reuse and removing the unserviceable quantity from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing new aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size/type, stringing and jointing on poles including providing binding wire etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & Labour Mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers , welding, bending, cold or hot ,drilling holes for bolts , in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including of one coat of primer with red oxide zinc Chrome and two coats of aluminium paint, including taking down/dismantling , exsiting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old /unserviceable damaged existing steel/concrete poles of any size/length from existing position including necessary excavation and demolition of PCC foundation and removing the same from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, erecting and fixing in proper position steel tubular swaged poles of type 410-SP-31 (9.0 mtr long) complete with CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts ,screws and pole cap and inclusive two coat of synthetic enamel paint upto 1.2 mtr height above PCC coping in alternative layer of colour (white & black) and beyond 1.2 mtr height and marking Pole No. in 10 cm dia coloured yellow circle , complete all as specified and directed. (Note:Excavation ,earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately )

Horizontal boring with drilling machine under the road below 1mtr from the road surface and dia of hole not exc 100mm, with out damaging the existing road, getting out and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50m from the site of work all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C-2 (Using 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of pole, stay and filling and mass concrete) including providing necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm grade crushed stone aggregate as in copping of electric pole at site including providing necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully LT under ground cable of any size from trenches, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for surface dressing averaging 15cm deep in soft/loose soil for cleaning and cutting/ removal of green vegetation in and arround the installations and removal of the soil gravels outside of the installations including spreading thin layer of anti-vegitaion chemical to prevent abnormal growth of grass/bushes all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC inseration sheet of 6mm thick for VCB /LT panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for spray Painting for HT VCB 11 KV including marking of VCB, danger Board 11 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of existing hard core of gauge exc 63 mm but not exc 100mm and stacking properly for re-use as direct complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
