Earth work open excavation by mannual means in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blastring inclusive of shorting stucturing bailing out water whenever necessary and depositing the excaveted earth with a load of 10 Mtrs with the compound in place shown by departmental officers and cleaning and leveling the site etc.,

Cement concrete M75 (1:4:8) (One cement four part of crushed stone (M.Sand) and eight part of coarse aggregate) mixing of 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materails to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges all including charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Vibrated Cement Concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm ISS HBG graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cost cement at site including cost of fram works,soft water labour charge for mixing transportation, laying and curing concrete working depths highercharge for tools and plans incidential in charges etc., Complete revalant standard specification of culvert side walls.

Vibrated reinforced cement concrete M20 (Design Mix) using 20mm ISS HBG metal graded including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cement at site including at fabrication of steels but framing and centering work,soft water labour charge for mixing, transporting , placing in position, vibration and compacting finish and using concrete working at height complete as per standard specification for deck slab.

Vibrated Cement Concrete M20 (Design mix) using 20 mm ISS HBG graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cement at site excluding cost and fabrication of steel but form work and centering soft water labour charges for mixing, transporting, placing in position, vibrating and compacting finishing and curing concrete, working at heights, hire charges for Hire charges for Tools and plants, including all other incidental charges, etc., complete as per standard specifications for CC Pavement

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500 Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steelreinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire)

Providing bitumnpd for expansion joint placing in position including shoring, strutting, forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing etc complete

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam for required thick specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers MORTH 406

Providing and laying Priming coat 7Kg / 10 Sq.m over WMM surface using of SSI Emulsion Bitumen for 10 Sq.m and cost Emulsion Bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cast as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc., complete. MORTH Specifications 111,112,501,503 and 900.

Providing and laying Tack coat 2.50 Kg / 10 Sq.m over Wet Mix Mecadam surface using of RS1 Emulsion Bitumen for 10 Sq.m and cost of Emulsion Bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cost as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per MORTH Specifications 111,112,501,503 and 900.

Providing and laying 50mm Consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Mecadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50 – 13.20 mm Graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.20 – 2.36 mm Grade metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00 – 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 47.28 kgs of VG30 bitumen and 3.02 kgs of waste plastic for premixing per 10 Sq.mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tones Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5
